We always stay at Hampton Inn a few minutes from Orlando airport use their free shuttle from and back to the airport in the am and then use GoPort buses to get to port, GoPort is $30 pp each way.

On 3-13-24 I booked a last minute deal (guaranteed ocean balcony) on Wonder of the Seas for a 4-14-24 cruise. Had my balcony assigned 2 days later the sametime my OBC posted. I got deck 6 starboard side a dozen or so cabins forward from the back. The price was like $1200 cheaper than picking my own cabin. 👍👍

Ship is in port from 12:30-8pm, so I would think it's very doable ? I was just looking at the Cas Cay kayaking which is only 2-1/2 hrs and seems pretty close by. I'll look into sapphire beach.
