Anyone know, or heard anything, about Ocean Blue having the walk-up window for lobster rolls on sea days?
Based on the new menu I’d be surprised if they have a lobster roll.[emoji17]

I really like the Q menu, so maybe we’ll go there an extra time, and it’s never a problem going to Cagney’s or Bistro a couple of extra times! [emoji39][emoji16][emoji41] we’ve got 15 days to try to squeeze everything in. [emoji5]

We did change our minds about going there after we saw the menu as it wasn't an appetizing menu and no lobster.
La Cucina had pizza similar to the old La Cucina menu.
I agree I don’t find it appetizing, and I wouldn’t pay an extra charge for it. Maybe if I liked oysters [emoji848]🤢

I was provided with the Bliss Ocean Blue Menu which looks nothing like the OB menu's I have seen. Actually the Bayamo one looks more like the older OB menu. And I have the La Cucina Menu and it is much different then the Escape La Cucina Menu which I just had in January....and was my favorite. [ATTACH]419590[/ATTACH]

If that’s going to be the new menu for OB I think I’ll be changing my 2 reservations to a different restaurant. [emoji20]

Hi all.
New to NCL (and cruising in general since this will only be my second cruise). I have a dining question... when going to reserve at specialty restaurants, my profile only shows specific times available. Can we just show up instead of having a reservation? I booked with the free dining so we get 3 nights at specialty restaurants and nothing seems to be available before 9pm.
Thanks! And I appreciate all the info available on these boards! Hubby, son, in-laws, and I are sailing from Seattle on June 2. Can't wait!!

No worries! They only release a portion of the reservations to book in advance. You can book as soon as you board, but I wouldn't put it off very long if there is a specific restaurant and time you want.

Has anyone heard if they are filming on Bliss like they did for Epic & Breakaway? I’ve watched the episodes on Mighty Cruise Ships for both of them and it was very interesting.

Hi Everyone,
We are booked on the July 7, 2018 Alaska sailing. I have a question about the Ocean Blue restaurant. Everyone in my party loves sea food and wants to go to Ocean Blue, but one person does not eat sea food. Does Ocean Blue have other options?

My choices, in order, would be Ocean Blue and Cagney’s. If you like seafood OB is amazing. My favs are the stone Crab Claws and Dover Sole. The lobster tails were much better than the whole lobster.[emoji848] The lobster roll and calamari were great too. A couple of my favorites from the Haven restaurant were the filet & eggs for breakfast and the prime rib for dinner.

I see that Ocean Blue is showing a $17.70 price in my dining options on MyNCL, do they charge a cover above and beyond the SDP or will the dining promo cover it?

Where is this double size haven complex?! The floor plan for the Haven area looks almost identical (except changes at the front which has removed rooms) so where are all these extra rooms?!

Maybe they are including the extra sun deck area. The Haven outside area is now on both sides of the ship instead of just starboard.

I have been on Meyerwerft.de and ndr.de to look at webcams of float out but nothing has come up. I know I am a little early BUT....Is anyone following the float out besides me??? I don't want to get up at 2am, or stay up, and not be able to see the float out. I'm old. LOL and need my sleep but want to see my ship "float"

I just converted the float out time to my local time and 8am in Germany is 2am Eastern time. :o So now to set my alarm!:cool: I Can't Wait!!

My 2 bedroom suite for the May ‘18 PC cruise has been sold out for 10 months. There is now a courtyard penthouse available and it’s $7500 more than I paid for my 2 bedroom! [emoji33][emoji33]

So the big announcement was that Bliss is going to sail out of NYC beginning November 24, 2019.
Andy also said NCL takes delivery of Bliss in April 19th.

His show is the number 1 morning show' date=' and he is big in Miami and New York (part of iHeart Radio). His show reaches millions of people and will be good advertising for NCL. Pretty smart for NCL to partner with him.
