Great conversation keep it up. I'm curious as to what is the seating capacity of the Coastal Kitchen? I'm betting on the specialty restaurants freeing up seats in the Coastal Kitchen.

We have a family cruise reserved for Easter Week of 2024 on the Symphany of the Seas 2 Jr. Suites 1 Owner Suite and 1 Two Bedroom Grand Suite. I am assuming the ship will be at capacity. This being said how likely will the suite owners be able to make Dinner reservations in the Coastal Kitchen which will include the Jr. Suite family Members? We will plan on making reservations with the concierge first thing on arrival. We are talking about a table for 4 people and a table for 5 people. I'm assuming it might be for 3 dinner reservations for the total period of our cruise. My concern is will they honor our family Jr. Suite members when we arrive for our table. I have heard they will not split family members just wondering if this is true.

We are planning a family cruise on the Symphony of the Seas for 2024. At the moment we have 4 suites reserved which are next to each other. Our plan is to open up all the balconies for easy access. We are talking about one Owner Suite, one two-bedroom Grand Suite, and two Junior Suites. Presuming everyone has the drink package, I was wondering if anyone on the boards has done something like this and what options are available? I'm assuming contacting the concierge would be the first step which would take care of the snacks/appetizers, but can a bartender and bar be set up be made in one of the rooms? Sorting out what options are there and drawing on the experiences of various cruise critic travelers who have done something similar in the past. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR SUGGESTIONS

You may want to save the attached hyperlink. It is a collection of the cruise compasses from all the Royal Caribbean ships and is kept up to date so you can view show/show times and which days they are shown. I have found this to be helpful in sorting out a weekly schedule of activities and dining reservations.

Mediterranean Nite may be day 5 based on the Symphony of the Seas list of menus

We are booked on the Symphony of the Seas for an Easter cruise 2024 the RCCL aps doesn't show the Deluxe Beverage Package prices this early just trying to track pricing. Like everyone who has been on this board do you buy the package and when. At this point our thoughts are buy the package when it first shows up on the aps, you can always cancel and rebook. The black Friday pricing were not that great; I suspect RCCL is trying to make up for loses due to covid.

would like to know the current price of the beverage pkg

For whatever it's worth we are planning a family cruise for the Easter week of 2024. Since kids are involved the kids will be on spring break which works for us. Once booked the kids were charged, after making inquiries with RCCL we found out the kids cruise free does not apply to that week. Buyer beware

We have a family cruise which at the moment consists of 10 passengers. need some suggestions as to a reliable limo service to airport post cruise?

Thanks everyone for the info; I went to the RCCL blog and found exactly what I was looking for. The compasses were ship specific, pretty current and easy to read. As always, I have found my cruise critic friends are knowledgeable and eager to help. HAPPY SAILING!

I know I've seen this in the cruise critic a while back, but I don't remember how I did it, so I need your help. How do I find the pictures members took of the Cruise Compass which they posted on a site within the cruise critic? Being the detailed itinerary spread sheet person that I am I want to get an idea of the various show times for my future cruise. I realize times may change for various reasons but I'm looking for a general roadmap. THANKS IN ADVANCE

In September on Symphony it was hit and miss. Sometimes my connection would disappear and I would have to reconnect. Sometimes my uploads to CC would stall out. I think for what you are trying to do you should be fine. Just make sure you are in a good signal area of the ship and stay there while communicating.
If you don't mind what was your cabin number where you experienced the hit and miss Wi-Fi signal. THANKS

I'm curious, is the suite lounge a good spot for a good Wi-Fi signal ?

We have recently taken a cruise on the Harmony of the Seas and had no problems using the Wi Fi. At that time there were only approx. 2800 passengers. We are now planning a Symphony of the Seas cruise and was wondering with a possible 6000 passenger cruise will the Wi-Fi work flawlessly. The reason for this question is that we run a business which is highly dependent on telephone and email communications so obviously we don't want to jeopardize our business. Any help and/or advice would be appreciated. THANK YOU in advance.

Researching the Symphany of the Seas 2-bedroom Aqua Suite. From my research I believe there are 6 two-bedroom aqua suites on this ship, 4 are category A2 and 2 are category A1. Can I safely assume the A1 category rooms (located on deck 8} are Star class which have the royal Genie? If my assumption is correct has anyone stayed in the A1 suites and when there is not an Aqua show going on is there a large amount of noise to be heard on the balcony?

We are thinking of going on a cruise two years out and we are working on a budget. We are experienced cruisers, so we are familiar with the drink packages but what we don't know at this moment is what is the cost of the drink packages currently so we have some type of figure to start the budgetting process. Thanks all in advance.

A lot of good input keep them coming. As I said earlier we are from the Midwest and are familiar with the weather conditions and have clothes for all situations. Just don't want to "break out" the leather stuff. Packing would be interesting.

Hi everyone, we booked an aft facing Haven Penthouse suite for the second week of October 2023 on the Escape. We have been in the Haven suites on two separate occasions, but they were cruising in the Caribbean. Living in the Midwest we certainly have an idea as to what the weather will be like but we wanted to tap into your experiences of cruising this itinerary on the second week of October. How often did you really use the balcony? Did you use the sun deck at all? Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. THANK YOU

Leaving on a cruise 2/13/22 and have scheduled activities for our visit to CoCo Cay. I have concerns about the weather (being to cold) therefore when is the last day I can cancel the activity and get a full refund?

When in the Star Class what type of beverages are stocked in the refrigerator? Is beer and wine included?
-
Gotta have my Pina Colada. We'll be in Old Town San Juan Puorto Rico soon which means a pitcher of Pina Colada's

We booked direct for 2/13/22 cruise to St. Thomas & St. John and received the email above. I'm curious as why they delayed the final payment ? I believe St. Thomas and St John is on the CDC high Covid list, if so RCCL may be hedging on a possible port change resulting in some passengers canceling this cruise resulting in giving the customer credit for a future cruise later in the year. Just a thought.
