I believe it's sort of at the far end of the tub, across from the toilet. At least that's where it is on the Explorer---a tub and a separate shower. It's hard to see on the virtual tour but I'm pretty sure it's there. Check YouTube and see if anyone videoed their suite.

As far as I know GeoBlue is solely medical coverage, there is no cancellation provision. We've used it for land trips outside the US.
I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Where is the "Block" feature?

Deposit and charges for Regent Choice excursions posted to my AMX card 5-13. AMX is sending me a check.
Deposit charged 8-19, excursions charged 3-20. Requested refund 5-6 of both and posted to AMX 5-13 minus $100 per person and $175 per person custom air fee. Deducted amounts applied as future cruise credit.
One week from request to receipt. Please don't shoot the messenger.

Refund request was for deposit and excursions only. Final payment not due until June.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before (so many posts on this topic) but.....we used custom air on our 7-19 cruise and used it again for a 11-20 cruise. We were fully aware that the $175 per person fee is not refundable. Sadly, we just cancelled the November trip but were pleasantly surprised to be told the custom air charge we paid will be applied as future cruise onboard credit.

Personally, we live under 10 miles from a popular Florida beach and were appalled at the Spring Break activity. The County we live in closed the beaches before they were closed State wide and we still felt it was too late.

We paid for our excursions for November 2020 sailing when we booked them mid March. Our information from Regent is that they can be cancelled and a refund issued if cancelled within 36 hours of departure.

Aside from crying?? It is terrible to see the ship sitting there and not be sailing tomorrow.
We are flying to Toronto tomorrow, then to Zürich on Sunday evening. I will be so happy to be home.

So sorry your trip has to cancel for reasons outside your control.
FWIW you were indirectly very helpful to us on TripAdvisor when we were planning our Fall 2018 trip to Lucerne and Zurich.

Thank you! I have asked this question on CC (in at least two places) and on a local board for our city with no response. One more question....... since many patients are being home quarantined, wouldn't those patients need masks? And, what about their caretakers .... assume that, without the mask, they could pass on whatever they have to the person with coronavirus (okay - admit that I snuck in an extra question).
It would be a good idea for masks to be worn by patients and caregivers in a home quarantine situation but this virus is so contagious I`m not certain it would be very effective.
Always best to follow the primary physician's recommendations.

Agree.

The medic is trained how to wear & dispose of the mask properly and will ensure that the mask is changed frequently before it becomes ineffective.
If the general public carry on buying (& stockpiling) masks then it will put unnecessary pressure on supplies.
Agree. I'm an RN. The mask is worn by medical professionals to avoid transmitting any germs they may have to the patient.

We did accept the air deviation. Well worth the $175 per person charge.
-
Thank you Travelcat---we did request air deviation and while not exactly what we were looking for may work out better. Their alternative to what we requested involves only one connection each way and all flights business class. We'll let them know whether we are accepting later today or early tomorrow.
It brings up another question though. Disembarkation is early am and departing flight home is at 1:50AM following day. Our itinerary on RSSC MyAccount now shows a "Forced Hotel" before the 1:50AM flight. Regent told our TA there is no charge to us for that.
Is that typical? I assume we will be provided transfers from ship to hotel and hotel to airport.
Thanks.

I sincerely apologize if this has been addressed but I simply don't have time to go through the multiple of posts on the topic of air deviation.
If we use Regent for deviation and for some reason (for example if the ship can't dock at the original disembarkation port or something like that) is Regent still responsible for arranging alternative flights?
Thanks very much.

Thanks very much forgap. Did you need to let them know before embarkation or can you just notify them once onboard? Handling luggage ourselves is not a problem.

Hello---I also posted this on the roll call for the cruise but am thinking it may get more traction here.
We are getting ready to have our TA submit our air deviation request for a cruise that disembarks Dubai on 11-28-20. We would like to take a flight from Dubai to the US that leaves at 2:25 am on 11-28-20. This is several hours BEFORE official disembarkation.
Does Regent allow this type of early departure? If so and we get the flight we are hoping for do we need to let anyone else at Regent know? While obviously the flight department at Regent will know I don't know how well the different departments at Regent communicate with each other.
Also, will be able to get a cab or can Regent arrange transportation to the airport? We'd probably like to leave the ship around 11:00 pm on 11-27-20---would that be sufficient?
Thanks very much for any replies. -
The one we took in July was in the afternoon and was just under 2 hours.
-
We waitlisted in June of this year for a cruise in November 2020 and were cleared in August so we cleared in about 8 weeks. We waitlisted in 3 cabin categories (you can waitlist in up to 5) and paid $100 each for priority status as we were told that could help us clear sooner.

There is a separate shower in addition to the tub in the concierge and superior suites---not sure about the others.

Tampa is definitely a gateway airport for Regent.

Thanks rcandkc and Sheila.

Hi—I see a couple of references to bedding. What can be requested in that regard?

We were booked on Delta and Air France from Tampa through Atlanta flying to Stockholm this past July and returned on Air France and Delta going through JFK from Copenhagen and that was using Air Deviation/Custom Air. We have made a solemn vow to NEVER go through JFK again. Every time we've gone through JFK there has been a massive aggravation. It's just not worth it.

I thought in the brochure the baths in the concierge suites had brass toned fixtures (faucets, drawer handles, etc) but the YouTube video looks like they are chrome.
Can anyone confirm which finish is accurate?
Thanks.
