  1. Room not ready. I wish they at least did diamond and platinum rooms first but I will live. Camped out on five for now.
  2. Two miles comple. Gonna peak in at the gym and steamroom then see if my ro is ready early.
  3. If I sailed in waters with icebergs I might enjoy a balcony. Caribbean is way too hot for me.
  4. First time in a long time my muster has not consisted of being asked if I know what to do and sent on my way. Waiting for enough people to show up then will get a group presentation. Still better than the old style but I've been spoiled with just needing to check a box and be done.
  5. Guess I will go ahead and take care of getting some mustard and then check out the walking track.
  6. Made reservations for Cucina tonight. I made the reservation for the free bottle of wine. I thought I had read it was offered here but was not sure. First person I asked said no but let me double check. Second person seemed unsure but said yes. Not super encouraging but I made the reservation anyway. Not sure if the cost is still $18 or if it went up to $24 but either way will be worth it for a free bottle of wine.
  7. Yikes! This is the line for a guy's burger. Unless you notice the second line. Much shorter.
  8. I actually prefer an inside. Balcony rooms tend to be warmer, louder, and I appreciate the pitch dark for sleeping. I also don't like being outside when it's hot, so unless it's winter, I get very little use out of my Balcony. I've done Balcony and OV a time or two when offered a cheap upgrade, or free when I used to get comped balconies from the casino right after the restart and unless they are comped, I prefer an inside.
  9. They were very generous with the shrimp and the spicy sauce! My mouth is on fire and I love it! Maybe it's all in my head, but the precut piece of cake wasn't great. Kind of dried out. The funfetti sliced in front of me was still good. Off to Cucina to possibly make dinner reservations for tonight.
  10. Just beat the line for Mongolian Wok. Some of the cakes are precut into squares. They looked more appealing as messy slices.
  11. Made it onboard at 1050. Dropped off my bags and now I'm in search of lunch.
  12. I can see the B2B waiting to reboard. That will be me Saturday 😁. Didn't get a personal visit from the drug dog, just walked past him. From my experience with Miami, we need to all line up and each get a personal sniff.
  13. Boarding scheduled to begin at 1040....or 1045 I couldn't really understand her.
  14. The drive down wasn't too terrible for Miami. I only got almost run off the road twice. Five speed traps in 100 miles, glad I was driving slow. No congestion until we reached the port. I'm not sure I've ever got to the port exit off 95 without congestion. The port is a hot mess, but at least we had the first terminal. Folks on Celebration can add at least five minutes to reach the extra 800 feet or so to their terminal.
  15. Made it through security at 1013. Just waiting for boarding to begin.
  16. Im probably earlier than I need to be. Google has me arriving at 9:40 but it is raining so maybe I can drive a little slower. Plus, it's Miami there is bound to be a delay at some point. Heading off now!
  17. It's cruise day!!! Getting the last minute stuff together now and then I'm Miami bound.
  18. Packing is done. I succeeded in packing COO. It helps that I have free laundry. The plan is to be on the road tomorrow around 8, and no later than 830. See everyone for tomorrow for cruise day!!
