Almost time for sail away and right on cue it is starting to rain.

Randomly approached by a crew member and asked what I thought of the ship. He keyed in my response and room number on his phone. Not a white shirt, interesting.

Also in town today was the Ascent. Looking towards Atlantis.

More Mardi Gras. I saw a vlog that said they heard this was Stephen Spielbergs's yacht, no idea if that is correct though.

Took a quick walk to tje end of the pier. It feels a lot longer when it is hot but it is cool, almost cold, with a strong breeze today. Gotta give the people what they want. This one's for all the mooring line fans. My chariot. I guess Seashore was just arriving earlier, not leaving. Mardi Gras is in town also. No aft shots today, everyone is docked nose in.

Back onboard. Stuart has not been by yet. Actually haven't met him yet either. These arrived though.

Gonna take a quick stroll to the end of pier and back just to at least get some ship photos.

Looks like this is a partial charter. I noticed the solarium bistro was roped off last night. Does not seem like they are holding the venue every night though.

Nice and quiet in the crown Lounge. Music is on overhead but at a quiet volume. Think this will make a nice spot for my daily coffee this week. I will probably switch back to my Frappuccinos after today though. These are a nice inclusion but I do like my fru fru drinks 😀

Dined in Johnny Rockets today at 1230 while docked in Nassau. I was originally presented with a bill but I mentioned I had the dining package and the charge was quickly corrected. Happy to report lunch still included on port days 😀

No charge for Johhny Rockets. I was presented a bill for $17.xx and I politely informed the server I had the dining plan and he corrected it. The fries were nothing special, however they were smothered in chilli and cheese sauce and delicious. I even dumped a little ranch on top. Tasty and naughty treat. The burger isn't quite a guy's burger but it is very good. The buns were toasted and the burger had a nice grill flavor to it. This one comes with a spicy chilli ketchup that really kicks up the flavor. Love the #12. The sundae for dessert was another delicious and naughty treat. Vanilla ice cream and drizzled with whipped cream and Hersheys syrup. The cover charge is insane at over $17 now with gratuity but as part of the package it's a great added value. Happy to see lunches still included.

I have to pick my battles as once I get worked up it's hard to calm down. In this case, the added stress of confronting them wasn't worth the table. Unfortunately that is the sort of thing that embolden people to be jerks. Snowball to the face, 😬 I think I would have lost it.

Complimentary breakfast menu. I've always wanted to try it but I'm not a morning person.

I am chilled to the bone. No cold coffee for me today so I'm going to try out the fancy coffee machine in the crown Lounge for the first time. They have cookies out. Or fruit if you must be healthy.

I have neighbors so no worry about a private show. It's a bit chilly and very windy we are a hearty bunch sitting out here. Soda included in the cover.

I'm hoping I don't get charged, I think a la carte this place is $15. Taking a chance because that is quite steep for diner food.

Indeed. They wanted that table more than me so I let them have it, I just didn't realize it was that serious 😆. Changed tables, I was right in front of the menu and people kept coming to my table to read it. I'll get enough awkward when I get my private outside serenade.
