  1. You might contact your hotel. Last year we had two hotels that arranged for a service to come to the hotel and do the test and results were available quickly. This was in Venice and Istanbul so I don't know if it is available in Vancouver. Cherie
  2. You can fly with spray containers that are not aerosols. Lots of options if you don't want to shop for cleaning supplies prior to boarding. Cherie
  3. I think post #8 indicates that you can each bring more than one bottle per person and each bottle will be charged $20. So, you are not limited to one bottle per person. Not sure what is "excessive" or what the "limitations" are. So I think you can bring a case of wine on and it will be charged the same as if you split it between the members of your group. Also, those who have cruised more recently than me can confirm, but I think that you can also bring bottles of wine on board when in ports and they will also be charged $20. Not sure if they are held 'til the end of the cruise or you can enjoy them when you bring them on board. Have a great time. Cherie
  4. If a glass is important, why be disappointed? Pack a favorite beer glass and enjoy your favorite beverage. I love red wine and if I anticipated it being served in a plastic cup I would make sure I had a wine glass in my luggage. Of course, you can probably get a glass from any of the bars. JMO, Cherie
  5. Maybe with all of the possible obstacles of travel be happy with 268 sq feet and have a fabulous cruise. I would most probably bristle if I took the time to choose a cabin and it was changed, but with everything that can prevent traveling right now I would be happy to be going. I hope your family has a great time. Cherie
  6. We like the Hyatt Regency. Great view of Boston Harbor, shuttle to terminal, and water taxi to the other side of the harbor. Cherie
