I wish I could answer your question, but this year's World Cruise on Sea Princess did NOT stop there due to weather (this was in August). Naturally many disappointed passengers. However last year, they made it, but the previous year they did not. You take your chances and hope! On a positive note, the weather would be better in January (summer).

Okay, now I have a question. We are Elite with 21 completed cruises. We have two future cruises booked and there is no mention of this anywhere. Do you have to request this? When and where is it applied? Is it per person or per cabin (like the mini bar set up)?

You will find your Loyalty Credit in your stateroom; it's a little card and it's applied to your cruise whilst on the cruise. I reckon it doesn't show up anywhere else pre-cruise/Personaliser.

I believe it is per person. But hopefully some others can confirm.

Yes, they limit the time on the computers for video games. They want the kids to participate in other activities. You'll receive a daily kids' schedule at the beginning of the cruise.

Dawn Princess is my favourite ship. I like the size, walking around the Promenade Deck, the dedicated Pizzeria on Deck 8 (La Scala), and the art in the Vista Lounge.

I've sailed on her many times when she was in North America, the last cruise from San Francisco to Sydney, and also whilst she was/is in Australia.

It is more simple to organise a roundtrip out of Seattle and likely a bit cheaper. I'd suggest doing it that way.

Vancouver, a lovely Canadian city, is quite expensive for accommodation should you stay near the pier at Canada Place.

As for Anchorage, you'll need to get to Whittier where the cruise ship docks - I reckon it's an hour+ on bus or train.
