I think the ones we took were 20 oz and had no problems holding any drink. Go bigger and you can always get two at once 😎

This is from a pille of years ago but gives you an idea of what is going on on a sea day. We usually try to get in a workout early, then enjoy the ship.

I can tell you that our 2019 cruise on Getaway out of New Orleans was over 2 hours late sailing away, because they were holding the ship for those with NCL booked air that were delayed in arriving. I am certain they would not hold it for those flying in on their own. That said, I would still rather come in a day ahead.

we have rented a clamshell on both of our visits to the island. Maybe $30 if memory serves.
