  1. Just read that Cape liberty parking garage was closed for resurfacing for cruisers leaving yesterday (May 10th My party is leaving on Symphony 5/16 with a handicapped cruiser. This could be an issue for us especially debarking as poster said the handicapped parking they were directed to was a considerable distance from the terminal. Anyone have any additional info or know of a phone number for parking I could call to see if resurfacing is finished? I tried the number on the garage web site but that was unhelpful. Quote

  3. When you give your room number at desk I assume they'll see you are scheduled for early dinner will they seat you or send you off to to Windjammer?
  4. Will be on Symphony next month, can you post picture of the "Shows at a glance" ? Looking to get idea who the headliners might be. Do you have a tribute band on your sailing?
  5. Sailing in May on Symphony out of Cape Liberty with my handicapped grandson. Is there a reserved area for handicap drop off? Our van has the exit ramp in the rear so we nedd about 8 to10 feet of room for his wheelchair to exit. Any have any experience with procedure for handicap drop off at Terminal? I know I'll be able to park in the garage just wondering if I should drop him off where you drop the luggage off or take him with me into garage?
  6. How much of an exact match between passport name and cruise documents/set sail pass is required? For example: Passport....JOHN PETER MCDONALD Set Sail...... John Mcdonald Cruise recpt...... JOHN MCDONALD Do you need the middle name on Set Sail and Cruise recpt? Does D need to be capitalized on set sail pass?
  7. Sounds like this part of their email regarding the changes is just a bunch of baloney then " Our Shore Excursions team will automatically reschedule any pre-paid Royal Caribbean International shore excursions affected by these changes."
  8. Bad enough they have rerouted our 5/15 Symphony cruise to Nassau but they changed our stop at Coco Cay from 5/19 to 5/20. Since Wonder has been scheduled for a 5/20 Coco cay port stop from the get go does anyone have any experience with how they would handle Symphony's cabana, day bed and excursion reservations? At this late date I would guess Wonder has gobbeled up all the spots.

  10. Can someone who has been to Blue Lagoon recently tell me how this works? Do you have to return to the cruise dock on an assigned ferry/time or can you hop on an earlier or later one?
  11. Although I've boarded many times at Port Liberty this will be our first time with our special needs grandson. We have booked an ADA cabin and filled out the form with Royal. Can any who has gone through the boarding process with a wheechair give me an idea what the experience was like? Do you wait in a seperatte room? Are you escorted on the ship etc.? Thanks

  13. I heard from a crew mwember on our recent Anthem trip that Icon of the Seas would not be based in Bayone because it is too tall to fit under the Verrazano bridge. Has anyone heard anything similiar?

  15. Thanks Teddie for the pics. Been on Anthem many times so very familiar with the production shows. Was really interested in who the Headliners and Tribute band were on your cruise. Pics hit the spot. I'm hoping same group they will be on mine in April. Are the Royal Sweeds (house rock band) on? Thanks again

  17. Why not just have three traditional times 5:30, 6:45 and 8:00 ? And do away with MTD.
  18. If you park in one of the outside lots do you still pay at the end of the cruise at one of the machines by the garage? Or do you pay an attendant in advance?
  19. Uploaded my Covid-19 vaccine card using app 2 weeks ago for my 7/8 Oasis cruise and it is still showing as "we are validating your record". Others in my group have been validated and are now able to print their luggage tags. Not really concerned if they don't validate the vax record as I'll of course be taking the original with me. But is this impacting my ability to print my luggage tags? In other words does your vax record need to be verified before you can go to the next step and print you luggage tags?

  21. On Oasis July 8th sailing and have 8pm traditional dinner seating for 5 guests. Does anyone know which level (deck 3,4 or 5) we will be assigned or is it a random assignments?
  22. Cruising Oasis 7/8 . With Summit departing 7/3 on a 7 night and Adventure departing 7/7 on a 9 night I'm expecting the garage will be full. I know they guarantee parking but was wondering if anyone has every experienced both garage and lot full? What then?
