We would like to see the ruins during our cruise stop. We have never booked a cruise excursion...Will there be time to do a little shopping before we have to get on the ship....I want to make sure I have time to restock my vanilla! Thanks in advance!

What is the closest rental drop off to the port? It looks like I can do a 1 way rental instead of taking it back to PIE..depending on who I rent from

We are flying in on the 5th...and our cruise isn't until the 7th. We wanted a car to drive around when we get up the next morning...and also the morning of the cruise. If we were just waking up and heading to the port...I would just do a shuttle or uber...Thanks for your help everyone

I think we are flying into Tampa/St. Pete (PIE) and our flight would land around 10pm. If we got a rental car from there...is there somewhere closer to the tampa port to return it, or should we return to the same airport and take an uber? Does anyone know the cost of Uber from PIE airport to the cruise port? Or does anyone have a smarter plan?

You also need a reservation to go up Cadillac Mountain now.

With the little electric cars...top speed is 25 mph with them...I'm not sure how they would do climbing the mountain... You might want to check with the company

Its not that I'm trying to save $$$ by buying them in the caribbean...I just like certain brands that I can't get at home. Thank you all for the tips! I just ordered some of the bottle wraps from amazon!

How do you pack breakable things for the return flight home? Bubble wrap? Wrap with your clothes? If bubble wrap...do you bring some with you or can you get in port....I'm talking mainly booze....but other things might need to be wrapped as well

We are going on the pride out of Tampa with stops in both of those ports....I'm not sure about 2024....as ours is in 2023. -
My 1 year old grandson will be traveling with us. We have 5 ports on an 8 day cruise. What are your best tips for cruising with someone so young?

We are traveling with a 1 year old. For those of you who have cruised with an infant, what do you do in ports for a car seat. Do you lug a big one from home, or do you make arrangements with tour companies ahead of time? Thanks in advance!
