  1. We’re sailing on the Ovation May 27 and received our sailing checklist. It showed access to the Diamond Lounge Happy Hour 5 pm to 8 pm. Not interested in Happy Hour. Do you know if the Diamond Lounge is accessible at other times?
  2. We’ll be on that cruise too. Quite a few of us from Hawaii celebrating my husband’s sister’s 80th birthday. My hubby and I will be easy to spot. I’m in a scooter and my hubby is missing his left arm.
  3. Very slow. Many scooters show the turtle image for slow and a rabbit for fast.
  4. I have my own personal scooter and it depends on how rough the water is. Sometimes they do; sometimes they don’t.
  5. The person is asked to get off the scooter while the crew puts it in neutral and pushes the scooter up and down the ramp; otherwise, the scooter frame gets hung up on the folding portion of the ramp. If you go to the special interests section, you can learn a lot. Most importantly, have them practice with store scooters, and ALWAYS put the scooter in turtle mode when backing up.
  6. If there’s a Nomi Health Center in your area, they do pre-cruise testing for free, whether or not you have insurance. Just Google it to find a location near you. My niece told me about it and, later that day, someone posted that info on this forum.
  7. I would like to add another similar situation while traveling in addition to cruising. Traveling to other countries sometimes require additional shots/vaccinations. Therefore, IMO, COVID-19 vaccinations & boosters will become the norm like all the other mandatory vaccinations for yellow fever, etc., when traveling outside the U.S.
  8. What perfect timing! My niece just told me about Nomi Health. I had never heard of them. Thank you for sharing.
  9. I just read that iHealth was no longer taking appointments for proctor testing, which is what we were planning. Could you please explain Med Express to me. We received the iHealth kits from the post office. Thank you.
  10. Chrome Browser does not play nice with Mac computers. I believe someone posted that Safari can be used with iHealth. Can anyone else confirm?
