I've never seen a good one. Ever since Oasis premiered I've always though it was too many categories. Mostly it's location. And D1 usually have the large balconies on the humps.

Go Fly a Kite. Seriously. Take a trip out to the fort. Great for Kite flying. You can bring your own or buy one there.
You get to see and enjoy the town on your way out and back.

We did last month. Not worth that price. Good entertainment. Food all flavored with the same sauce. Better options on board in my opinion. Wish we had done the Italian place. You have to pay extra for Sushi if you want that

2 had the drink package and 2 bought the drink card....no problem getting drinks anywhere, even dinner.....We all carried on 2 bottles of wine to enjoy at dinner.....no fees at all to open them....
Any questions??? I'll be glad to answer the best I can....
Happy New Year!!!! Happy Cruising....in 2017!!!!!
When did the drink cards go on sale? Was it 10 drinks? How much?

What is the offer called to get the $100 credit for $450 OBC? I don't see it, and I know it hasn't been used by anyone on my account. Thanks

Any idea when the new terminal will be ready? We're sailing 3/17/17 and there are 5 ships in Miami that day, including Enchantment. It seems the smaller ship would be better served by a makeshift terminal than the bigger one.
We are also on the 3/17/17 sailing and just gearing up on the travel logistics for arrival.
Thanks for all of the information here, and sorry folks are having tough times. My read here is that it's just Miami, regardless of terminal or tent there seems to be problems. Also, doesn't seem to matter if there is one ship in port or 5. Is that a fair assessment?

Voyager. Explorer already does.
Now my preferred class for Alaska, Flowrider and watching a glacier, what ship can top that!!
-
Oasis 4 and Oasis 5 are already ordered and have delivery dates.
Quantum 4 and Quantum 5 are also ordered.
The class was just announced, details sketchy, but doesn't appear to be as big as Oasis class, and certainly not small like Radiance. Executives have answered the build Radiance class question recently on the President's cruise and said, no, target is the larger ships that have larger diversity of offering.

Hey stranger - how are you guys doing? Haven't seen the beer dispenser on any ship either but it does sound interesting and something I would use!
Take care - enjoy Allure!
Hey Back, long time! We took a break from RCCL to Disney now with two little ones, but fortunately they got too expensive, so we are back on RCCL. Which makes me happy.
Bummer on not expanding on the great idea.
Safe Seas!

Last year when we were on the Freedom, the had one or two beer dispensing machines, with Stella as the beer. You would get a beer card from one of the bars, purchase or included with drink package. The card enabled the machine and dispensed a beer. There was one on the pool deck, and I think another on the promenade.
Are they still using these machines? Going on Allure next month and was curious.

If Matthew clears out by the start of the day on Saturday, it could be a very busy day at PC. If the port stays closed till Saturday morning you could have 5 cruise ships doing a turnaround on Saturday. Which means every turnaround Terminal will have a ship. That is if they do not go to Tampa on Thursday or Friday.
I don't see Tampa as an option. Most of these ships are too big to get under the bridge. And I doubt they'd spend the effort with the ship, plus transporting passengers. Ships will stay away, abound then make their way back as soon as port reopens.

Most of the really good sales, taking C&A out of the reservation meals it cheaper. I agree they are giving better discounts to non-C&A members than new RCCL cruisers.

Are there any local hotels that you can leave your car at? Thinking of driving down night before and to leave the car at the hotel.

I have a few questions that I can't be sure from the replies.
Do you get the pin on the cruise that gets you to the next level or the cruise after you made the level?
First pin I got, believe it was mailed to me, not sure, was Platinum. Is this the first pin, or were there ones for lower levels?
My platinum pin doesn't say the word. How do you know it's for that level, the color?
If you have an LA on a ship, then they should do their job. The LA on the Freedom last year was obviously in a position that she didn't want to be, and could care less about passengers, regardless of C&A level. Only exception was if you were D+ or higher. Agree with comments here, if a program says they are going to do something as part of an offer or program, then they should do it.
To me there is a significant difference when you are recognized independently versus having to ask. Yes, ask does work, but you shouldn't have to.

I don't think that the "ultimate" ever included Starbucks ... only coffee drinks from Lattetudes/Cafe Promenade.
It did. On ships that didn't have a dedicated Starbucks kiosk. So, basically not on Oasis class, but yes on on all the other ships.

Hey! The room is great and will work well for 4 people. There is no wall between the siting room/bed area....it is still the original GS layout. But you can pull a big heavy curtain across for privacy and angle the tv towards the bed. The location of the room is great because its a starboard side cabin ( great views of the ports) and very close to the elevator! One quick ride up 5 floors and you are in the Coastal Kitchen!.....We spent so much time there!! [emoji16]
We booked the same room again for next year!! Have a great time...can't wait to be back on Allure again next year!!![emoji5]

Thanks for the quick reply. Glad you had a great cruise and thanks for taking care of the cabin for us!
Having the screen to separate will be great. Did you eat in the room at all? We live to get a hot breakfast and was wondering if you can do that?
It's our first time in a full suite on RCCL, so wanting to take full advantage.

Hi all, We will be sailing on Allure on the 28th of August. This will be my 3rd voyage on Allure and my second time staying in 11660. I am curious to know if anyone has stayed in a GS since Allure got her make over? The pictures on the RC website show the GS with a tv-wall dividing the siting area and the bed? Two years ago, when we stayed there, the tv was on the balcony wall between the sliding doors and curtains divided the room...doesn't really matter to me either way, was just wondering if the rooms had been re-done?
Hi, are in 11660 on Allure in November. Curious as to what you found and how you liked the cabin? Is the wall just there on Harmony, and Allure has it over on the wall? Anyway to divide the room for sleep time? Going with two girls and wouldn't mind staying up and watching a movie or something.
Thanks

OK...so two days ago I had purchased premium beverage package for my husband and ultimate for myself. There was 20% off so Premium was $44 +grats and ultimate was $46 + grats. Since the FAQ indicates that the premium and the ultimate will be switched to the new delux beverage package, I called and cancelled my ultimate and had it change to the premium. Tell me I did good and won't get screwed!!

I know others are saying you did good by changing, but I only see that you gave RCCL money you didn't have too. You weren't previously getting ultimate and now spent more money for a package you didn't want. Yes the current ultimate is a better deal then the new Delux, but you spent more for something you previously didn't think you wanted, which was the ultimate. I would have stayed with premium, cheaper and will be fully honored on your cruise.
That's how I see the change.

Got the new offer today. It wasn't there last week and it certainly wasn't up when this thread was created. Found it on 3 of our amex card accounts. Going to save $225 was a nice little bonus this morning! Here is the fine print on this offer:
Royal Caribbean
Spend $350 or more, get $75 back
Do you have multiple card numbers on one account! Or actually three different accounts?

Site worked for just now. It accepted my entry for grand and first prize.i selected Have Code. Entered my email and clicked I'm Back.
-
Did it tell you that you won right after entering your email address or did you have to explore the neighborhoods?
It never gives me any place to enter a code. When I click on have a code I sign in with my email and it just says that I am now entered, no place to enter the actual code
Friday was the first time and I selected have a code. Entered my info and the code. Didn't know about the neighborhood sand those games.
Yesterday I saw I had an email from my entry on Friday and I clicked the play on the email. Don't remember what I did at that point on the site, but I got a screen that read like I won, but I wasn't sure. I read it like 10 times. Decided to get a screen shot, was on my iPad, to save as I really read that I had won, but went on about being entered for the grand prize.
Then I checked my email, and sure enough, it was there saying I'd won and I needed to confirm and consent within 48 hours. I had the option between the Nov 8 or Nov 10, and then I got one more email to consent. The code I used has 55 2-night winners and includes air fare.
As for what others are seeing when the site works. If you read the fine print, it appears that if you start the contest with no code, then that will apply for all your entries. Guess if you start with a code, then that is what is used. Just a guess.

It is combineable. I had OBC from booking & free gratuities and I was still able to use promo code from ticket to adventure for extra $25.
I thought it indicated the OBC only applied to new bookings. Were you able to apply toward an existing booking?
-
I won one of the two day cruises this morning when entering using the PARKINGTICKET codes. There are 55 of those available. Includes airfare.
It was my second day to try, wasn't aware it was running, since mid April, but hey, I'll takes two day to see what she is like.
Suite On Board Bokking $100 Cancel/Change Fee
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted
On Board Navigator and learned new policy for suite booking on board. You will now be charged a $100 if you cancel or change ship for any suite booking after 30 days from when you initially booked. OBC benefit still applies.
This will likely be coming to bookings on land too, but not confirmed.
Very disappointed. We will not be booking on board any more.
