First off the say they have no idea if the email is genuine then they confirmed it was. Then 4 th operator said notifcations will be sent at 10 pm July 16th, nothing. Called another one now and he said to wait and we will know before 5 pm

Yes 12 times so far since Wednesday.

We already submitted it a week ago, still no news from them.

Hello I am sailing on the Oasis in 3 days. However we recieved an email a week ago asking to modify/cancel our trip in lieu of 100% refund and 100%cruise credit. Did anyone get that email? Did you choose any of the options? Have you heard from RC yet? We are only 3 days away from sailing.
