Hello

I am sailing on the Oasis in 3 days. However we recieved an email a week ago asking to modify/cancel our trip in lieu of 100% refund and 100%cruise credit.

 

Did anyone get that email? Did you choose any of the options? Have you heard from RC yet? We are only 3 days away from sailing.

If you can cancel and get 100% refund.....do it ASAP.  We were on June 30 Oasis sailing with over 6800 (double occupany is 5400 but lots of rooms with 3 and 4 to total 6800) guests plus crew for a total of 11,000. Only great part was travelling and spending time with with Family!!!! Everything else was chaos!!!

We already submitted it a week ago, still no news from them.

Yes 12 times so far since Wednesday.

And what do they say?

First off the say they have no idea if the email is genuine then they confirmed it was.

Then 4 th operator said notifcations will be sent at 10 pm July 16th, nothing. Called another one now and he said to wait and we will know before 5 pm

Hopefully by the time you factor in the recent price increases , you don't end up in the red !
