I didn’t know there was an illusionist onboard. Their app could really use some work.

B2B now on Silhouette and we were not invited to the Concierge lunch. Oceanview only.
-
How do you even access this concierge?
-
It was very confusing calling the retreat host for something, and having the stateroom attendant show up. I was wanting the butler or retreat concierge to handle something for me, not me annoying the already overworked attendant.

On Silhouette, and no.

Turkey club with cheese is nice.

As was stated: Let the Captain's Club know before hand and they can do the calculations and authorize that the benefits will be activated. I was doing several B2Bs who I changed status. Can't hurt to ask.
Did ask. The Captain’s Club Concierge stated that the official policy is to wait 14-21 days.
-
On Silhouette right now and official policy is that you do not get the benefit of the next Captain’s Club level on the 2nd leg. Need to wait 14 days. Disappointed.

I called Celebrity, they put in a work order ticket and it was fixed in a few days.
Patty
I’ve called twice, 1 week apart, it’s now two weeks total and still not fixed.

Boarded the Silhouette today with Suites 👌
Same. Haven’t met the butler or butler-adjacent yet.
Room still has dirty glasses from last occupant. It is now 9pm. Yuck!

I can’t believe Celebrity is now going to be cutting the enhanced service they promised with a butler team.

Hmm. I got the impression that Celebrity had good food
Had, but no longer has.

So loyalty is worth nothing?
Pretty sure Celebrity answered that when they took away perks on cruises people had already paid for. Loyalty is nothing to them.

Any word what Celebrity is doing for folks in Sky Suites on S class in the interim? Other than laughing at taking money for a service, cutting the service, but keeping the money?

What cruise lines do wine better? Celebrity is disgracing themselves.

That's neat that you can choose saving vs OBC. Thank you.
-
Thanks! I’ve never been on a Royal ship so have no idea what the normal offer there is.
-
And I expect to get shafted in two weeks on the Silhouette. Celebrity has become such trash.

We normally book our future Celebrity cruises while on a Celebrity cruise. We are cruising on Celebrity again in a couple of weeks and are looking to book an RCI cruise - I understand this can be booked while onboard. Does anyone know what the perks/benefits are of doing so? OBC and reduced deposit?
Thanks!

The most misleading part is the term "all included".
I have the old “all included” on a booking two weeks from now. I’m so looking forward to the complementary foot massages from my butler. Mmmmm.

Concierge Class vs Veranda stateroom?

Right, but where do you find this specific concierge?
