Thanks again @notamermaid for all the information and keeping us up to date. This is the first time my sister has gone on Viking so all of this is new to her. We had cruises booked on the Mediterranean and for the Christmas Markets on the Rhine with Crystal this year. Now scrambling to make alternate plans and see if we can get our money back. I look forward to being on the Rhine again. You don’t happen to know of a company that takes a 2 and 4 year old for the Christmas Markets do you? It is one of the reasons we travelled with Crystal, they allowed our granddaughters aboard. So far no replacement found in my research. @notamermaid thank you for all of your wonderful information on the Rhine. We are keeping fingers crossed that water levels stay at an adequate level so that our family can travel as planned in July. I don’t mean to highjack the subject, but cannot find a similar one to this for the Rhine in 2022. My family has a trip up the Rhine (from Amsterdam to Basel) planned for July 8 - 15th. I am wondering what the levels are like on the Rhine? They are cruising with Viking and wonder what happens if the water levels are too low to cruise with them? We did one with Crystal in 2018 and were rerouted and given compensation for the alteration. Thanks for any assistance to my inquiries! Colleen
