  1. Today has been really fun! We took the theater tour and got the full behind the scenes access.

We were able to speak with the stage manager and dance captain. It was especially interesting due to one show being cancelled (a piece of the set broke) and another stopped mid-show (safety).

We were able to hear more about what happened and how the cast and crew reacted. Very interesting!

  2. We enjoyed the escape room. It was larger than I expected and fairly challenging. We have not done this on any other ships.

On land, we usually escape in 45 minutes, but did it in 30 minutes here.

The escape room didn't have any high tech effects, but the puzzles were good.

One thing I would say is book right away. Without a Genie, I don't think we would have been able to get in.

  3. Mom.to.2, I did have some Coco Locos today! 0403181030a.thumb.jpg.63d027a7c57c60075a2ebf1a92b9cf2a.jpg

    They were delicious! [emoji484]

The water was cold, but the sun was hot. I didn't snorkel, but did go into the water. I didn't see anyone with a wet suit, but I could imagine having one if in the water for a long time.

We rented a kayak and took turns going out in pairs. I was able to get a nice picture of the Anthem.

  4. We had a nice night with dinner at Coastal Kitchens and then seeing the Gift.

While the story was weird, the singing and dancing were excellent.

One unusual occurrence, they stopped the show in the middle due to a technical issue with the set, where they wanted to maintain performer safety.

Everyone handled it extremely well, and the show went on 10 minutes later. As the cruise director said, it is LIVE theater!
