    So....if you get an Ovation cabin for Sept 15 you'll get to Vancouver for the 9-22 Radiance sailing (+2) ?

    Yes, we're still planning on doing cruises 2-5. We changed all our hotels and flights from Vancouver to Anchorage. Now....we have our fingers crossed the 15th sailing actually happens.

    My TA ( a former RCCL CVP) called and got clarification. Sept 8th was supposed to be the first of a B-5-B. I wouldn't have minded the refund AND FCC for the 15th but....nope.

    Slight correction. RCCL will refund both the the 8th and the 15th fares, taxes, excursions, etc but you'll only get FCC first the 8th as the 15th wasn't canceled.

    Just got an Email from Royal Caribbean. They're planning on sailing 09-08 as scheduled. Repairs are underway!!

    I feel your pain. We're on a B-5-B starting next Friday....... Going to be interesting

    Originally, there was a Seattle to Vancouver sailing at the end of the 2024 Alaska season. Now it looks like Q will do a 7 day ending in Seattle on 09-30 then the Hawaii cruise from Vancouver on 10-01. Sailing empty to Vancouver?

    Royal's website has a section for accessible Excursions. Many listed are NOT truly accessible! Also, do NOT trust accessible airport shuttles. The buses are rarely equipped and you'll end up in a cab, anyway.

    We often have to book accessible cabins 18-24 months ahead of time or miss out. Waiting until closer to the sail date is rarely an option. The problem is, if our plans change, we have to pay the $100 per guest change fee. It's a gamble to book early. It's a gamble to wait.

    Quantum's 2025 return sailing(s) to Vancouver (then Seattle) are not available to book, yet, though Ovation sailings are.

    I was interested because Ovation sailings ate available through to Vancouver.....and not Quantum. Also curious about Brillance not returning to Australia next year. We'll see when we do......

    I'm only seeing Ovation and Quantum down under in 2025. Ovation shows sailings from Australia to Vancouver at the end of the season (Apr 2025) Where is Quantum going or are they just late in releasing the TP and Hawaii Vancouver sailings?

    We hand out the majority of the ones we find to kids onboard who haven't found any. Some make it home. If you're not interested....walk on by.

    All the other cruise lines have duck hiders and hunters, too! ( I believe it was started by a 10 year old girl on a Carnival ship)

    We've given out several to friends' kids/grandkids. A few to first time mommies.

    Meant to say....the parents are just hoping Royal Caribbean throws them a few bucks NOT that I think Royal should. Royal should not offer them a dime

    Captain Marek joined Radiance in L.A. last month....I recall him saying he'd be elsewhere for the eastbound Canal sailing. I hope I heard incorrectly
