Oh wow, thanks, I totally pictured having my seapass card as I boarded. For Oasis class ships I've gotten them from the room but didn't know that process had moved to all ships (or maybe it's by port?). Anyway, I guess the check-in paperwork will work to start using vouchers and drinking package. Thanks for the heads up.

Interesting, never thought about seagulls. Are the roofs water tight to protect you from a quick shower? Or bird crap.........

Cruising in Sept on FOTS out of Miami and want to call RCCL and make a wine selection for my "free" bottle. Never great but usually not bad either; but I think I've read there is a lot of substituting going on. Maybe it's more port specific than ship but from the list of options; anything to stay away from b/c the substitutions are really bad? I normally drink Cabs and Sauvignon Blanc but I'm flexible. Just on the off chance anyone has experience and a recommendation, thanks! Also, some in our group like the idea of sparkling wine toast before even board the ship. They have drink package so wouldn't mind using one of the bottles allowed past security. We have an early boarding time of 10:30 so I do sort of expect extra time in terminal waiting around. Is opening a bottle and sharing a bottle of bubbly even allowed in the terminal area? Not so much wine related, but b/c I probably will haul two bottles on for the cabin so I won't check luggage, is there a place to stash luggage for awhile, like the corner of the D lounge? I'm D+ if it matters. I'm guessing no but if you have any tips or ideas; might do boarding day lunch but the others may want to go right to pool deck so that will be fun with luggage. I sort of think that should be allowed for D+ traveling with someone who wants the package. We recently shuffled passengers around to accommodate drink package purchases. No way could I pretend I don't drink but no way do I need more than 5 per day either; I'd have happily bought a coffee card tho. 🙂

Can you upload vaccination card from home computer checkin? I don't see a place for it. It's OK to skip and just show at the port?

Considering paying for a sit down restaurant to avoid lugging carry-ons around until rooms open. Any opinions? On FOS if that matters. Rooms still open up around 1pm or is 2pm more likely? I assume it's ok to roll small suitcases into the restaurant. Are there any other non buffet options boarding day that one might recommend to hang out and wait for rooms to open? Thanks.

I did search but things change so quickly and I got mixed results. Back in the day Chef's table included wine and you tipped; no auto tipping. Is it the same now? Specifically looking at Freedom if anyone has recent experience. I won't have the drink package b/c the new RCCL C&A drinks are enough for me. Are they still serving drinks at 5-8ish in the Diamond Lounge and they don't count into the 5 drinks D+ gets? Can the bottle of wine gifted to the cabin be brought to MDR dinner without needing to pay any corkage fee? I've never used the D+ bogo benefit. On boarding day Freedom for a 3 night are they likely to be trying to sell specialty dinners for about the same as see "on sale" in cruiseplanner (still feels high); trying to figure out how it would work for a party of 4 where I'm the only D+. Lastly, do all the beach beds on coco cay still come with a cooler and 4 waters? Trying to decide if with access to a cooler bringing a bottle of white wine makes sense. Anything else I might have missed in the last couple years lol? Thanks in advance for any info.
