FWIW I just got off the Encore today and was told by a senior staff member that Greece still has limitations on the percentage of passengers the ship is allowed to carry if stopping in Greek ports. I don't know if that's accurate but that's what I was told and since Encore is sailing in the eastern Med with many stops there it could be impacting the number of passengers on the ship.

I am getting off Encore tomorrow as are some of my friends and we are flying back to the US so we need a COVID 19 test. I contacted guest services and within minutes someone from the Medical Center was in my suite to test me, at no charge, and I had my result and appropriate form within the hour. My friends had the same experience.

I am on the Encore disembarking tomorrow in Istanbul and have been on for two weeks. I have not had a water problem. One night we had a notice in the suite that there would be repairs done overnight on the cold water system. Toilets worked and I could get running water in my sinks. By mid-morning all was well. I’m sure the change in ports is disappointing but that’s a chance one always takes when cruising. I can assure you that the entire staff and crew have been absolutely wonderful during my 14 days onboard. I have seen no diminution of services or cruise experience at all. I can’t wait until my next cruise with Seabourn.
