Also, the Broadway style shows were fun, don't miss them. One is Motown and one is the Brits.

Got one for our anniversary, used it in the dining room.

Drop off's follow the taxis. You pull up under a tent and the porters take your luggage. Then you walk to the check in tent then onward to the ship for security then receive your s and s card. Very easy process.

We had 1:00 embarkation, it was smooth and easy. You just go from check in, to security, to getting your S & S card. We were on board by 1:45. The ship is surprisingly beautiful. Everything was clean, bright and pretty. We do not do casinos so I can't answer that one. I hate the smell of smoke in that area. Elevators was my big complaint. The forward elevators were really slow. We were on deck 7 and used the atrium elevators the most. Just be patient. Not crowded must of the time, pizza was very slow, I never had it. Dinners were wonderful. The staff was fantastic throughout. We had a great time.

Just back yesterday, please ask questions.

Is anyone else having issues with the CC Mobile App? I can't get any threads to open, I can only see the topics.

I went to Costa Maya on our honeymoon cruise in 2003!! It's been a long time. I remember when it was wiped out by a hurricane in 2007. We did a bike and kayak excursion and loved it. We really enjoyed Costa Maya.

We cruised on the Victory in 2013 and loved it. It's the perfect size ship and I loved our balcony cabin.

As an art history major, I never saw anything worth while unless you like prints. Its ok to walk through and look, but I wouldn't pay for any of the works offered. JMO

I haven't seen an updated drink menu in a while. Can somebody please post one and also remind me how much a bucket of beer costs. Thanks in advance.

We stayed on the Verandah deck on the Victory three years ago, it was a balcony cabin, one floor up was the Lido deck and we loved it because we were close to everything. I like being higher up, you will feel more motion up there though.

That's why I asked on here, because of her age. I didn't have a chance to call today, but I will tomorrow and let you all know what they say.
-
Adjoining rooms don't matter to us. I'm going to call. She still isn't sure, but I can get a price for her. My daughter is 12 and they are very close so they will have so much fun rooming together.
-
My niece who is 24 is expressing interest in joining us on vacation. My DH, DD and myself are in one cabin. If my niece goes I would rather have her and my daughter in a different cabin. Has anyone ever done this? We sail Sept 12 and are paid in full.

Are they still the cards with your ship on them, or just Carnival logo cards?

There is a LaQuinta by the Miami Airport that is fairly inexpensive. They have a shuttle to the port.

Charleston has always been a dream city of mine to visit. I'm glad Southwest flies there now and we got a great deal out of Chicago for our September cruise. We have an entire day to explore Charleston.

It makes me beyond happy that the steel drum music is back. I loved it on the Inspiration on our honeymoon in 2002. It was gone three years ago on the Victory. We sail the Ecstasy in September. I am loving your review.

On the Victory three years ago it was on the second night. We had a short stop in Key West and formal night was that evening.

I work in a children's museum. I see breastfeeding done in many different ways. We have a nursing nook for privacy, but most of the time the nursing moms are right out in the open. Only a couple of times have a seen bare skin, usually they cover with a blanket. I had an older female guest tell me that we should not allow that on the museum floor, but I am not allowed to say anything. To each her own. It's your child.

I have never gone to any of the shows or comedy clubs. I'm doing those in September. My daughter wants to try room service. We did do trivia on our second cruise and we won a ship on a stick!!! Definitely going to more trivia games this time around.

My niece and her boyfriend decided to join us on our cruise. We are already booked and she is booking this weekend. If we would like to be at the same table at dinner, what do we do? Should we request it when she books or see the maître de when we board the ship?
