  1. Thank you. At least the shore ex show up the way you suggested. The beverage packages are still missing, but I'll take anything at this point. BTW, the folks in upper echelon customer service have no idea of finding things the way you suggested. It's really mind boggling.

     

    When you log to the cruise planner with the booking data, click on shopping history. For me the excursions and the drinks packages are displayed.

  2. All of them that I've been on so far, and there's no indication that my March 18 cruise is adding a third.

     

     

    Reading past reviews and dailies, and if it's like on those cruises, there will be 3:

     

    Monday 19, Sunday 25 and Friday 30

  3. That cruise is 15 day cruise, Before we booked B2B2B (Vancouver-Hawaii-Vancouver-Los Angeles) asked a friend living in Honolulu about the weather she tell me it's the best time to come, less rain, etc. I will be waiting for you for a tour at Oahu

     

    First leg Vancouver to Hawaii is 11 Day cruise and second Leg Hawaii to Vancouver is 10 day cruise

  4. We booked 3 shore excursions using OBC during the 72 hour sale. The proper amount was immediately deducted from our account, and the amount still available is accurate. Nothing shows up on our purchase history or on the cruise calendar. Also our beverage packages no longer show up either. (They were there previously.) I do have emails confirming all of them, but was wondering if this is a systemic problem or just happening to lucky me.

     

    If I login with my celebrity account my cruise planner is empty, but if I log directly to the cruise planner via the menu with booking data everything is there. Hope this help to you

  5. Please read a little more carefully before your sanctimonious pontificating. HE was not sick. HE was never sick. HE was on quarantine and prophylaxis.

    Being quarantined in the same cabin was subject to infection. It is not about what the booklet says, is common and reasonable?. What I understand after having read is that in most cases you do not agree with the opinions and try to blame someone, when the responsibility lies with your friends. Instead of thanking some advice, he responds with fury.

  6. You had better prepare your funeral :rolleyes: , I was reading the cruiser dailies of Nov 26/2017 and there are no Zumba classes, I do not know if the coach has changed now and these classes are given.

    You can find: ABS Express, Sole Energizer, Indoor cycling, Pilates, Yoga, Morning Stretch, and Body Sculpt boot camp.

  7. Better review opinions from several independent sites such as CC, TA, etc. Most of the time I have booked boat tours and have always met my expectations, and what is mentioned in the brochure. Certainly they are a little more expensive if you compare them with a local operator. But you have several advantages as a priority landing, guarantee to return to the ship !! :) Let me tell you when our cruise to the Norwegian Fjords, we contract with RCCL the full day tour in Flåm, Voss & Stalheim. When the bus returned to port Splendour OTS was already sailing in the Fjord. Several of the lifeboats were waiting for the passengers of the bus. It was quite an adventure to take the cruise in motion. Also in certain excursions the passengers are accompanied by a member of the crew.

  8. On the phone to Celebrity UK this morning regarding problems with "my celebrity" profile update & captains club number prompt

     

    Still not sorted but after a Rep spoke to their IT dept she was informed ( then informed me ) My Celebrity is looking like it will be replaced in April and testing on a new site starts tomorrow.

     

    I have been leading for some time with the following problem, and even though I call the CC they tell me not to worry that everything is fine or to contact my travel agent: Celebrity says my name does not match in the Captain's Club and on Reservations, when this is not true and verified by themselves.

    Those who developed the new site are novices with no experience in the field and also I believe Celebrity computers are full of Gremlins.
