  1. No cruise line that I know of will accept pre-loaded cards (unless attached to a bank account or revolving credit card). Way too easy to commit fraud with them. Anyone can present the card on disembarkation morning to pay off their shipboard account, then run to the nearest ATM the moment they step off the ship and clean out the account before the home office has processed the transaction.

     

    I think it's not possible to commit fraud, and if you do police will put you in Jail

If your booking meets either of the above requirements, you may request to have a lower cruise fare or a promotional offer advertised to the general public applied to your booking. The lower cruise fare and/or promotional offer must apply to the same cruise (defined as same ship, sail date, stateroom category and number of guests). If within 48 hours from creation of booking or if on or before the due date of final payment, regardless of creation date of booking, you can submit a request to apply the lower cruise fare or promotional offer to your booking as described above.

     

    The onboard credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and has no cash value. Any unused portion of the onboard credit as of 10 PM on the last night of the cruise will be forfeited. Both the lower cruise fare and Value Added offer must be advertised by Celebrity Cruises and bookable in the United States and Canada.

     

    You will be asked to provide the lower cruise fare and/or the Added Value offer (the "Requested Savings") as found on the Celebrity Cruises website. The Requested Savings must be available for booking or redemption at the time that Celebrity reviews the Claim Form submitted (usually within 48 hours from receipt of submission). Claim Forms must be submitted in accordance with these instructions within 48 hours of booking your cruise.   4. It depends of the port for the B2B, in Miami you need to go to immigration and then return to the ship. Yes you can go to the port they give you the new card or a transit card, just return before the safety drill. They do the cleaning of the room as all days.

     

    For the same cabin also it depends if its available for the 2 cruises, we book early Almost 2 years in advance Silhouette B2B (Caribbean) and Eclipse B2B2B (Hawaii and Pacific coast)

  5. We just got back from our last cruise and noticed that there were a few round 2 top tables at the aft of the ship. They were larger then most and more private.

    We book with TA and ask table for 2, I would like one of those for our cruises.

  6. Different countries, different rules. Some are refundable, other No refundable, last one take the option

     

    Some 75 days final payment other 90 days, idem different for the amount of the deposit

     

    Here one promo pay in full and get 12 months to pay without interest, same rules as early booking (deposit only)
