It is common bad practice for Celebrity to lower prices after final payment to try to fill the ship.

It is not fair that the last to book have a better price than those who booked years in advance, Celebrity should change its policy so as not to affect the early birds.

As I understand the extra charge it's only for the second lobster

2 reasons not to book edge class

1) No real Balcony

2) Noisy rooms

My cruise planner shows Murano $60 and Tuscan $55 (without discount), 2 people dinner with gratuities is Murano $144 Tuscan $132

Smart Casual attire is required for entry to main dining, specialty dining, and the Celebrity Theatre. Each itinerary features one to two "formal" nights we call Evening Chic. Evening Chic means you dress to impress, glamorous and sophisticated in your own way, with a cocktail dress, skirt, slacks, or designer jean, an elegant dress top or blazer—some guests even pack a tuxedo or gown for onboard photos. The Daily program, delivered to your stateroom and available at the Guest Relations Desk, will be your guide to the correct attire each evening. If you do not wish to participate in Evening Chic, Smart Casual attire is acceptable for dining and theater.

Most nights, Smart Casual attire is appropriate for dinner in the Main Dining Room(s). For 6 night cruises or less, there will be 1 Evening Chic night where women should feel comfortable in cocktail dresses, skirts, pants or designer jeans with an elegant top. Men should feel comfortable in pants, designer jeans, long sleeved or button-down shirt, sweaters, sport coats or blazers. For 7 night cruises or longer, there will be two (2) Evening Chic nights.

For 6 night cruises or less, there will be 1 Evening Chic night per cruise. For 7 nights or longer, there will be 2 Evening Chic nights while onboard. While Tuxedos and Formal attire is still appropriate, they are not required and guests will feel comfortable in both formal wear and a dressier smart casual style. Jackets are not required.

For my Next cruise at FLL the Hilton Marina is cheaper at Hilton, 2 nights @ Water View room With Balcony Celebrity quotes $837.06, Hilton quotes $782.93

No only same ship.  Switching ships you are on side to side cruises, not back to back.

Once on board, the salesperson told me that to get the discount, the interval between the two cruises must not be more than 2 days.

@gerelmx  How are they bigger --  wider or deeper?  We were on a Deluxe Verandah balcony on the Equinox and it was deeper.  Just checked the price of a Deluxe Verandah vs. a CC on the Silhouette (one of the angled cabins on the hump) and the CC was about $50/pp cheaper than the DV which I don't understand?

The balcony is longer, or deeper. It is because of the demand that the Concierges are cheaper than the normal verandas

Yes the Cabin size is the same but The balcony on C1  angle cabins on the hump are bigger than in the normal cabins, also SC verandas at the AFT are bigger, the OP doesn't mention what type of concierge he is looking,

Here in MX my invoice says

Deposit of MXN 6350.00 (Paid) applied at Royal Celebrity México Cruceros, S. de R.L. de C.V.. Final payment must be received before 10 APR 2024

The invoice (client's copy) clearly states that final payment must be made one day prior to 90 days prior to departure or 75 days prior to departure for cruises of 4 nights or less.

For this itinerary I would choose a cabin on the port side

and I need to make the change in your captain's club account and in all bookings.

I don't know if this procedure was validated, could someone confirm it for me?

enter to my Profile
enter to Contact Information
I click on last name/surname
I click on the X and the last names are deleted
Enter the new surnames
And I click on Save.

Will the changes be made?
