  1. We were scheduled April 16 for two weeks.  Received notice last Thursday ship is in drydock and Caribbean Princes cruises are canceled.

We lost our window suite and most of future cabins with Caribbean are already filled.

We elected to take the FCC plus 10% to rebook in the future

We also submitted claims for lost hotel room where fees were not reimbursed

  2. Lovely Poem-brought tears to my eyes.

Yes we all will get through this and will come back to PRINCESS

I am a front line employee for Penn Medicine-I see daily the sick-injured and death-but we hold on to our faith our love for one another and with prayers we will find a cure

I plan to cruise again-to set sail on the Seas once again-to see our  crew friends-to come back once more

  3. each person is allowed one btl each for carry on.

You should take it as a carry on[backpack]

no limit how much you want to bring on board if you chose to pay the corkage costs per btl

I know some cruisers who bring on a case-tag the case with there cabin number-have porters send onto ship and than pay corkage

  4. With all of the changes in the sanctuary with less cushions and no chairs and passengers not staying in there-do you feel Princess may add better cushions and chairs in the near future?

We love the sanctuary and book full days for the entire cruise-if what passengers say they are uncomfortable and no tables there we may have to re think going there at all or looking at other vacation options?

we have a window suite/no balcony/ and look forward to the privacy and quiet on board=Thoughts?

    Thank You!

  5. `I am Proud to have served my Country during the Vietnam War as a Combat Medic-91Charlie.  I am also proud of our current vets as well.

Never forget those who served and gave the ultimate sacrifice and our POW's who will not be forgotten

    -

God Bless the Korean and Vietnam Vets who were forgotten for a long time by there Country

Thank You Princess Cruise for the generous gifts to Vets who served proudly

  6. they also have 24 hour Int'l Café Deck 5 with free food plus coffee/tea bar for a fee.  Try Crown Grill for a special night out $29/pp

Be sure wear water shoes into water-lots rocks on Princess cays

Club Fusion and Wheelhouse have nightly music along with explorers club at times.  They also have dance lessons during the week-rumba-cha cha-etc

  7. We received an email stating ***** not available for our October Caribbean Princess two week cruise-we requested from Princess a OBC-they told us $50pp if the ship does not have *****-right now they are holding giving us the OBC

  8. Love the Caribbean-we are also booked next October and plan to stay with her. We have sailed six times with her and always loved it. Even if the ports change its still a great cruise-staff-environment-etc. No one can predict all situations good/bad-its a cruise-time get away -enjoy yourself-Princess will fix it if it gets bad enough

  9. Thank You for the great pictures and daily updates-enjoyed them very much

My wife is stage 4 Hodgkins and is beating the odds now after 4 years of treatments!! We were on the Caribbean Princess this past January and have planned one next Fall

Enjoy life daily-be kind to one another - follow your dreams and take those trips instead of waiting for the future as there is no guarantees for anyone-GOD BLESS YOU

  10. I agree with getting married on board-we were on the Crown princess in 2008.

We went thru there Miami Fl group and we had only 8-10 attend with us. For $2500 at that time we had the Chapel with flowers for the bride and maid of honor/ live piano music/photos-over 100 thru out the day/private reception with a lot of food in Alfredos/=we had a british woman to assist the bride/russian pianist/asian flowers maker/canadian photographer/Italian Captain!

We got to pick flavors of the cake/flowers/ music to be played/the Chef made our cake two layers and enough to share for over 50 people-we gave a lot out to surrounding tables at the MDR after the reception-I think they were suppose make it smaller but we lucked out!!!

The Cpt gave us a gift of allowing us on the bridge to have pics taken plus he gave us strawberries n champagne and had his Officers stand by while we enjoyed a private pool all by ourselves-nice!

  11. Art is in the eyes of the beholder-one should not criticize what another person likes-it should not be bought for anticipated profit but appreciated by the owner. I have purchased numerous art work in the past and have no regrets-and some of my art work has appreciated handsomely but I have no intentions to buy.

I find people who criticize what others do with there money are the same ones who want everything for free-never give tips-drink all of the time and never treat there spouses to spas-perfumes-etc.
