Yes, they are heavy.  I once had an extended trip where I ended up carrying 3 home in my carry-on bag.  TSA decided they wanted to open and check each one of them.

Had a TSA employee in New Orleans tell me I could not fly with a crystal block.  When I asked to see a supervisor, she told me the person working with her was her supervisor.  I pointed out that they both only had one stripe on their shoulders, and supervisors have two or three stripes on their shoulders.  She then called over a supervisor (who had three stripes) and he looked at the block and advised that I could fly with the block.  As I walked away with my block, I could hear the supervisor asking the two what they were thinking.

Does anyone believe that Majesty of Oceans ever will sail with paying passangers again?

I think if the price of scrap steel goes up, Majesty will be sold for scrap.  Her two sisters have been scrapped and I feel she will also be scrapped.  I was on Majesty when all cruising stopped for COVID.

The generators=engines that generates electricity to run the motors on the azipods. The azipods are not the “engine”. The likely culprit is the engine fire two weeks ago. Code Bravo Code Bravo Code Bravo.

The ship has two 14,400 kW Wartsila generators, two 19,200 kW Wartsila generators, and two 2,500 kW Catiolillar emergency generators. You run the generators based on demand for propulsion and the hotel.

I was on the Code Bravo cruise.  When they announced Code Bravo, it was followed by a "THIS IS NOT A DRILL"

I was also concerned before we booked our first CLS because DW has significant knee problems, and has difficulty with almost anything that requires her knees to do any lifting (we are putting a lift in our home so she doesn't have to use the stairway to get up to our bedroom), but she has no problems with the stairs in a CLS. The way the stairs were designed puts virtually no pressure on her knees. The CLS staircase has very wide treads and very short rise between stairs.

On Wonder, the elevator goes to deck 18.  You can enter the CLS on deck 17 and on deck 18 and not have to use the stairs.

Not sure.  On my last cruise with my daughter who was 20 sll tje benefitsxwrre listed on her letter but we tried to get the photo and it wasn't loaded on her card.  Not sure if she got the wrong letter or if the coupons weren't properly loaded.

Two weeks ago, we were not allowed to get a picture of our grandson on his card.  We were told that he has to be 21.

I recall in the past kids were not entitled to Diamond or D+ perks, but recent threads make it sound like kids are now able to get these perks. My D+ teens would love free Cokes and internet days. Are these benefits extended to them?

The LA has a special benefit sheet showing the under 18 benefits.  I am currently on the Quantum, and I will get a copy and post it to this thread.  They will get drink vouchers for non-alcoholic drinks.
