  1. Current EU guidelines, say two doses of the vaccine are valid 270 days (9 months) as of february 2022. But there is currently no “expiration date” if you have three doses. And EU and UK recognoze eacother for the certificates. So I have interpreted it as the same ”expiry” goes for UK as we have in the EU?

  2. I’m having trouble figuring out real world distances for CocoCay, since we haven’t been there.

I booked  BeachClub cabana for everyone (4 adults, 2 20-yo and 2 17-yo) but starting to think the “young ones” will probably want to go to the waterpark. Is the distance reasonable, so they can use BeachClub as home base, or should we get them their own daybed or cabana?

You're doomed. Took us about 6 months, closest we ever came to divorce in 34 years.

You should try the 8.000 piece Degano “world history 2000 years” jigsaw.... 😇 Took DH and me about a year, fortunately he worked a job where he was away 4 days a week, or it might have ended badly...

My book is not available on nook or kindle .I like the feeling of holding a book.

I used to like holding a paper book, but now I’m spoiled with the book (Kindle)  having a built in stand and light, and stays open on the page I’m reading without propping. I actually pass on books if they aren't available in e-format. The exception being manuals that one has toflip back and fort in.

sooo... please consider e-format for your book (yes, I’m curious what it is)

  5. My Kindle Oasis (I have 1179 unread books on it right now), downloaded movies on my ipad, my noise cancelling headphones and my quilting (English Paper Piecing, a few blocks for the Dear Jane quilt). Oh, and a resistance band, large rubber band, for some exercise for the shoulders after all that sitting hunched over 🙂

  6. The full day passes are 175.12€ for our Mariner cruise in November, so about 192 USD with the current exchange rate. Beach cabana ar Coco Beach Club is about 1734 USD while the floating cabana is 1926USD....

I booked the day passes for 76USD, which is a good deal now. But I’m kicking myself for not going for a cabana, which were 450-700 then...

    Many thanks, @Brisbane41.

Even just this photo shows plenty, IMO....

With Anello's shoulders bent over the railing (as is evident from watching the videos from both angles), THERE IS NO SPACE FOR THE BABY between his head and the window glass.  —-

this is so true, and also remember that he is not at the first wondow, but standing by the next window, so even closer than the photo @Brisbane41 edited, IMO

  8. The fathers and teenage sons (15,16,20) in our group did this in April 2019. The boat had a total of six passengers, they drove out to sea for fishing, two of the kids got seasick the sea was rough. Fortunatley(?) the skipper drove the kids back ashore, and then full speed out again with the rest.... They only caught one fish, a Barracuda, that they were told would be eaten by the locals.

the guys liked it as an experience, but rough seas and not a lot of fish.
