Yes you will get double  Captains club points, with restrictions

From all the reading, am I correct that you would not get double points on Celebrity if it’s not a NEW reservation?
I know Royal is extending that courtesy, and I will get them for my RC Cruise that’s already booked for 2021.

  2. It was also deck 3 a couple weeks ago. We had early seating but they said it was also for MTD.
I will say this was the most crowded (table-wise) and chaotic dining we have ever experienced.
we had an opportunity to walk through decks 4 and 5 mid week during a galley tour and noticed the tables were spaced apart more and the seating looked nicer.
I mentioned this to the head waiter and he told me it was my fault for not asking to move up a deck... 🤦🏻‍♀️🤨

  3. Personally, I would do the balcony and interior (and save money)

I originally misread that you have 2 rooms booked.

I recent viewed a PV suite on this class ship and it was fabulous!   It sleeps at least 4 and has 2 bathrooms.  The occupants at the time said it was priced less than a jr suite.  Worth checking into, heard you have to call to book it though.

What where the pros and cons?

We only chose this hotel because we intended to take SAS shuttle

Cons:  it was mostly clean, a few spots... hmmmm

as stated in another answer, the shuttle price wasn’t  clear.
Pros:  the price we got was very reasonable

a few stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Was the cost of the hotel shuttle service to POM?

This was part of our ‘con’.  I had emailed beforehand and was quoted $8 pp.  I replied stressing that we were going to MIAMI.  Reply was yes.
well when we arrived, there was a large banner stating cost was $60.
more than two people $13 pp.

after showing the email and a long back room discussion, they did honor our price quoted.
It worked out in our favor because the van was filled with a group and they put us in an Uber.

long story to say price is probably $13 pp.  lol

We are staying here in February.   What company did you use for the shuttle?

    Marie

Checking back in after staying at Hotel Morrison.  It was okay.  We would rate it about 7.5 out of 10.
(we used hotel shuttle service to POM.)
We’ve typically stayed at Hampton Inn Plantation and will go back to that.

We originally picked this place because it was on the list that SAS Transportation services. I’ve since contacted the hotel and they have a shuttle service which was a little less and they said it runs every hour.
I can let you know if I remember right away (if not we won’t be back until February).

  8. We had an 11:00 flight at FLL scheduled for our return after Allure, never questioned it.

The airline changed it to 8:30. We really didn’t think we could do that, but after reading these comments...

They did change it for us to a later flight (1:30) but it’s not nonstop like our original was.
I would love to just go early and try to get on the early flight but if not, we would have several hours sitting in the airport.

How did you book this. I have looked on line and can't find anything. I do not see anything thru my ship. This is exactly what we want to do.

They have a new policy now.  You can only book through their website at 24 hours prior to your arrival date.  (you used to be able to walk up the day you arrive)

We’ve been there both from a cruise then staying at the resort for land vacation.
    We love this private beach.

I learned on these boards if you do the online checkin on the app and download the set sail to an Apple wallet on your phone the room number is the last 4 digits of the upc bar code.  If you do not have an apple product, any scanner app should work.

I was so excited to read this because I have been waiting for my gty to be assigned, but unfortunately it is not working for me.  When I scan, it does show the reservation number but is followed by -1-1  🤔🙁

We were on allure for the Super Bowl a couple of years ago and watched it in the aqua theatre. It was fun!

We are on this Allure cruise and saw that they just opened up the Aqua Theatre Show for booking on Super Bowl night, not sure if that may change.  (I personally chose not to book this the first night just in case)

There's a partial charter on this sailing and they are promoting watching the Super Bowl in Studio B.

Not sure what all this means... 🤷‍♀️

  12. Are you participating in your particular sailing's Roll Call on these boards?

That is usually where people set these up.

Check it out to see first if it's been done already.

If not, suggest it on there:

Ask people 'who is interested in showing their cabin'.

Usually try to get only one of each different type cabin.

Organize it by deck levels if possible.

Keep a list of those interested in showing as well as just attending.

We've usually done it after the Meet and Mingle.

come back and let us know after you've checked your roll call.

    Have fun planning!
