Read your last B2B review on the Oasis a few weeks ago. Thanks for providing the tips and information.
Can you check if Sabor still has the $20 tasting menu?
Thanks
Same comment and question from me. Will be following you all week!

We are on Oasis in a couple of weeks. Our flight gets into MCO late so we are staying at the Country Inn and Suites Orlando Airport which has a free airport shuttle. We are then getting picked up at the hotel between 10:00 - 10:15 the next morning by Cortrans Shuttle at $20 per person to be taken to the ship.
We are sailing oasis in four weeks and have this same plan (except our hotel is Embassy Suites).
Cortrans has the best price for transportation and wonderful reviews.

Or make friends with someone who has internet access and ask to use it at that 24 hour mark. [emoji6]
Seriously, we always do this for friends who don't have internet.

We are doing this in February. Staying at embassy suites (taking hotel shuttle from airport) then Cortrans pick up at hotel in morning to cruise port. We searched a lot and this was the best option by far.

I've been waiting for somebody to comment on the new website design.
I really like it for the most part. The pics of the stateroom categories are nicer.
Although the past few times I've tried to get on, I'm getting a blank page.

Here is a link to download the PDF file of my luggage tag from my most recent cruise. Hope that helps!

Yep! Thank you!! Not sure what the color scheme indicates but I'm going to recreate it for them the best I can.

these are all such great ideas; I think surprising with the whole vacation/cruise is an awesome gift!
We are cruising with another couple and for a Christmas gift I am making them a box (actually suitcase style gift box) with all cruising things in it.
I'd love to put their actual luggage tags on this, but ours won't be ready until right after Christmas.
Can anyone send me a picture of a real luggage tag? I could edit it and add their information. I usually print mine out and laminate them, attach them with luggage tag holders, but I'm not able to find any old ones that I've done.
Thanks in advance.

thank you for this update, we are sailing in February in a boardwalk balcony and it's good to know these tips. May I ask what stateroom/deck you were on and your thoughts?

Cortrans shuttle is who we used last year. They are now $20 , sorry i wasnt aware they have raised their rates. But if you look on tripadvisor you can see all the high reviews. Our driver was right on time and super friendly. I think if you can get a small group together you can get a discount
Yes. Thank you.! We just booked with them. I appreciate that they pick you up from the hotel, not having to shuttle back to the airport.

We've just done this - booking at Embassy Suites. We like them because of the separate bedroom and sleep sofa, plus they have a nice reception in the evening and a large hot cooked breakfast buffet (both included).
We're going to take their shuttle from the airport but haven't confirmed the shuttle to the port.
Thinking of using goportcanaveral, but a lot of their reviews are negative.
What shuttle service are you reserving for $15-$18pp?

We're currently booked for February BB deck 10, whenever I check pricing, deck 9 seems to be a little higher, is this considered a more premium view?
I would think deck 8 would be too close to the boardwalk.
I tried to get the best view of the ocean without being too high.
any experience with deck 9 and why it would be more?

Adventure. 10 nights. Southern route. No contest in my book.
Have fun planning whichever you decide!

thank you so much! I'll be curious to see if anything changes over the months, but at this point, we have it and I'm happy about a perk I didn't expect!

If staying for a week you should take a desert tour, there is MUCH more to Aruba than its beaches. Aroundaruba.com does private off road tours. We will also be in Aruba for 11 days in Oct and we will have a big orange jeep, you'll probably see us[emoji41]

thank you for these suggestions. I'm really looking forward to it, now that October is about to be on the calendar... I've emailed our resort with various questions and am pleased with their response.
We will certainly be on the look out for the big orange jeep!

This is where we usually go when in Nassau
(plus we think the bus ride is a fun adventure)

We've used SAS shuttle. Check out their website at http://www.ridesas.com/.
[emoji106] used several times

When in Oct are you going? I'm starting to do more research. I'll be there 15th to the 22nd Oct

We'll be there 18th - 25th. I've been reading other message boards and guide books. I need to just relax and not treat this like a cruise with new and multiple ports...lol

Love the info on this thread! We also cruise often but this October are doing a week in Aruba-staying at the Renaissance because of their private island (visited on a previous cruise). I'm busy making notes of all the suggestions from all the Aruba threads because you can always depend on the CC people

thank you so much for coming back to report on your experience! I'm so glad to hear it was a good choice.

As stated previously, there can be a lot of things to do while in Nassau.
We have done (besides going to a beach for the day {Melia-our favorite})... the historical walking tour, which you can find by googling just those words; just walked around town visiting the Straw Market and many shops, stopping for lunch; taken the #10 bus ride with the locals all around the island; gone to Atlantis and walked around as much as possible without paying to do anything (at night we've gone into the aquarium when there was no admission).
I'm glad to hear you're not one to stay on the ship, especially when it's a port you've not been to.
Have fun with whatever you choose to do!

I think that picture says it all. I think the three year old could sleep on that sofa very comfortably, and you could put the desk chair next to it as a safety rail. You could put pillows and/or blankets on the floor next to it also. You made the right decision with this room.

Well I just heard from AA again. They are indeed sending us each a check. They stated they can only transfer into bank account for Europeans
-
Thank you again! I got a response from AA and they are making us the offer. 600 euros or 1000 AA voucher. We're taking the money.
They are asking for our bank information. Is this the protocol? Not sure why they can't just mail a check
-
thanks again! I'm understanding that I should wait for the six week point until I send this form, along with all my other documentation. I was just filing a claim according to AA apology brochure they handed me.
I will most certainly come back and report my outcome.

We have 10313 booked on oasis. I've found pictures from various reviews and yes it looks like you would be able to see the show. Also see the ocean pretty well.
