Spin Game is back! I won 500 points!!

It isn't even like we won very often, but we knew we had a chance!! Luckily yesterday I remembered to do the Match Game! That was 500 points!

I just did my daily log in and there is no scratch off and there is no spin game!!

I was just thinking this. I did it much earlier than usual this morning. Might have to make it my morning routine, not my lunchtime routine...

Spin game is back, and guess what? I actually won 200 points. It was on my 2nd try, and I was shocked!

You might have just been really lucky! I still only got 50 points for logging in and lost both rounds of scratch off! I will check again tomorrow!!

We are on the Halloween cruise too! This will be my second time on Horizon, but my husband's first. We are also doing a Sunset Cruise in Aruba. We are doing a morning excursion, then coming back, eating lunch, might do some light shopping, then head to the sunset cruise. Lesters come on back and let us know how you liked it!!!

I am booked on the November 2023 Conquest cruise. I am disappointed that we aren't going through the locks, but we plan to book an excursion to do it. On the FB group for the sailing, a lot of people didn't realize that we weren't going through the first set of the locks. Yes the name of it should be changed. For us, the price was really good, and worth it to us, plus we can't make the spring sailing. I understand that Conquest is doing shorter cruises these days, so I am a little apprehensive about a 9 day on her, but I realize that it will be cool to go where we never have before. We will be making the best out of it, and will have a great time.

Last year we did a last minute Halloween cruise on her. Granted it was our first cruise after the shut down and we called it our sip and cover cruise. Ship wasn’t going at full capacity. We have booked again for January. First time we had an ocean view on the 5th deck. This time we wanted 5th deck again so we are attempting an inside. Ocean view’s on 5th were all taken. The location was great for us. We spend a lot of time at the Tides Pool (over 18) and we might not notice other areas getting crowded.

Today is Tuesday! Do your Matching Game and get 500 points. Didn’t win in the spin game (never do) so today I got 550 (50 for logging on).

It has been a few years, but I remember taking a ferry then the bus. On the way back we did either Lyft or Uber to the ferry. If I had to do it again, I would not have done the bus, and would have just done a Lyft or Uber after the ferry. I hope someone else can give you more precise directions.

It is a Saturday, so I think it will already be more crowded than a weekday! Thank for your thoughts. The dinner idea is a good one!!

In January we will be in Cozumel from noon to 8. Typically we head to Paradise Beach, but since there is a good chance that we won't get there until one and they close at 5, I feel like I won't have a full day there. Also, it is just my husband and I, the grown kids aren't coming! So I really think all beach clubs I am going to rule out on this trip. I am not big on excursions through the cruise line, but there is a Fury catamaran snorkel/beach I am considering. I definitely need water involved in any excursion I plan, so shout out if you have any suggestions of ones that aren't through the cruise line. I thought of a sunset, but I think the sun sets too late and would want to be back on the ship around 7!

What is the best way to go to the Jolly Pirate at Moomba Beach from the Cruise Terminal? Is there a bus or just should we grab a cab? Thanks!
