Right now she has it treated with nerve ablation. I think back surgery may be in future. Please keep updated on her progress as Linda is very interested in this.

I saw that and the same for Greece with them also having wild fires. That's why I prefer to see Europe in the early fall

I love your reviews so anything would be a blessing to us. Do what feels good to you. I know how much work a live is. Take your time and maybe do a as-if. That's what I will be doing for our Adventure sailing in October. Linda and I feel the same way about him. He's really not good looking and why does everyone smoke? That's such a turn off.

If by a miracle I could get a surgery date in the next week or so it would give me about 11 weeks post op and rehab. While not perfect I think it would be doable as you can't fly or drive till after 6 weeks. I really doubt I can get it scheduled any sooner. The problem I have having it after our cruise is that it gets into holiday season and limits my Christmas decorating. I might very well have to scale back this year. Either way I will make it work. I really have no choice. Long walks will be difficult and Adventure does help with that.

She's actually doing really well. She said she would like to get off the Hydrocodone and just take Tylenol for pain which is good. She will go back to the surgeon on Friday to get cast off and get fitted for a brace that she will wear for the next 3 months. I'm real happy with her progress. She remarked that her pain is probably better than my knee pain. Don't know if that's true but I'm glad she is getting hers all resolved. I see my Knee surgeons nurse on Thursday to see about scheduling knee replacement. Still not hopeful that we could do it in the next couple of weeks so I will probably do it after we get back from Adventure cruise in October.

Yikes! Im glad you finally got everything resolved. 30 minutes on hold is totally unacceptable. Still have not seen Mana Mia. I really hope to see it one day. Have a great day!

I hope to some day. I wish we could afford first class. I am 5’7” and find even coach has hardly any leg room for me.

We only have I think one flight out of KC on Jet Blue and it goes to Boston. I am hoping the Jet Blue will add more flights as I have heard good things about them.

She’s doing pretty good considering. She’s staying on top of the pain meds. She finally can lift her arm as the the nerve block has worn off. She’s been dosing off and on today so we are just chilling which is nice

Looks wonderful. Enjoy OB! So cute together. I asked Linda about it since does all the booking for out hotels, and she said yes we have gotten a better rate using our AARP card. Since she used to be a government employee she also said it provides a good discount too. Unfortunately she's retired now so can't use that but we will be using a senior discount from now on.
