Do you have insurance? That helped on holland America. I was told by 2 different employees a different price 1st $250. Then $200 so I was debating just cancelling cause I had premium insurance but the 3rd time I called and told them my spouse was sick and couldn't go so I wanted to cancel him and put my daughter in law on inside same last name he said sure he could take care of that for me NO charge. Why I almost fell off my chair. In the end it was so easy. It pays to have insurance. And just keep calling.

No priority, but you do get double Mariner credits and a "telephone concierge" service.
There is always a chance of an upsell or upgrade because of late cancellations. We once got a great upgrade of our gty 3 days before sailing.
Thanks for your response the credits are appreciated. And I will be checking my emails. Usually so many junk emails I do not look for days now I will. Thanks

Do you get priority boarding or priority tendering by having a signature suite? Besides having a larger balcony and room are there any other perks for having a signature suite. also once a gty. room is assigned is there a chance u might still get a upsell or up grade?

Really enjoying this. I will be going next week first time on Royal Caribbean. So excited . Love the pictures. Thanks so much for doing this.

Always keep your charger with you if it gets lost u are done for u won't be able to just buy another. Once your battery is dead there is nothing u can do with out it and they are not one size fits all.

Thanks for all the updates very much appreciated.

I am getting a little nervous about next week's cruise. Princess should give these people a great refund. You go on vacation to relax not get frustrated. Once your vacation is over you probably have to wait a year for another one. So sad hope things improve

Thanks to all for the comments on what is happening on the Coral. We get on her in 4 days so really appreciate hearing all about everything.

I hope u all get on early and when u come back get off early so we can get on. Have a great cruise but take care of our ship.

From what I remember' date=' the Princess HQ opens at 7am Pacific Time. On a day like today with El Nino rain (not kidding), you might want to add some time to that just in case many CSRs are caught in traffic getting to Santa Clarita.[/quote']
Thanks I always figure everyone is in florida and indeed they are not. Someday I will learn.

Has anyone tried calling princess this morning I have several times and can't get through the recording comes on says they open at 5 a.m. no its 8 a.m. Eastern Time I'm getting the same message

Your status on the luggage tag does not really matter much IMO. Your boarding pass will be clear that you have PRIORITY BOARDING and I believe is color coded green as well.
Thanks, I took another look at boarding pass and it does say preferred boarding. I dont know how I miss these things.

If you are platinum are the luggage tags marked as such. Or how do they know you are in the right line for boarding Or is the boarding pass marked. I cant seem to remember and cant find the information on princess

Well what a relief that is we are on her feb.5th and I was worried about the dry doc. Refurb. but I hadn't thought about it when I excepted a move over cruise date. We were scheduled to go Dec 17 then changed to the 5th of feb.

I got Rodeway inn in Ft. Lauderdale for Dec. Cruise now I am worried. What is the reason u wouldn't book it. Maybe I need to just lose the money and go somewhere else. Safety is my main concern.

When the Coral is in homeport which side of the ship is next to the dock. I like to watch all the commotion at port. Also is one side better than the other when going thru the Panama
canal on partial transit.

I really dont vare about kids but sometimes there are too many on a cruise that arent made to behave. Gets on my husbands nerves not mine. So either way I relax.

I had my first one of these on the carribean princess and loved it on 10 the balcony is partially covered and part open and it was way larger then other balconies.
