You know the answer to your question, you are just bragging, Right?

I have bought flights from them many times, they send you an email with the airline and confirmation number, and you go to the airline website, look up information, check in, select seats, etc. on the airline site. I have not done this in a year, so again verify it with HAL.
-
Why not email or call someone who can answer that question? HAL, your Travel Agent, etc. Sometimes things change, and just because HAL did something for someone else in the past, it might not be how they do it today.

I agree with the Title of the Thread, "I don't believe it"

You cannot book an appointment at the spa during the muster drill, they like all the ship's services are closed for the drill. The staff knows the time of the drill and would not except an appointment at that time.

Just finished 14 day cruise on the Eurodam, we received a cruise log at the end of each week, your voices were heard.
-
Of course not, that is why millions of people keep paying the price to cruise with HAL.
-
I would ask HAL, they a very good website with a great FAQ section and also it has a chat and you can communicate with a HAL representative directly.

When eating in the Main Dining Room, you are allowed to order as much as you want, 3 apps or 2 entrees, etc. When you eat at a premium restaurant, Pinnacle on HAL for example, is the policy the same or are you limited to 1 entrée?

You should always take your passport with you when you leave the ship. If somehow you have an emergency or miss the ship, you need the passport to fly anywhere. Better safe than sorry.

We are disembarking in San Diego between 7 and 9 a.m. our flight is not until 9 p.m., the airline won't let us check in our bags until 3 p.m.. We want to spend the day at the San Diego Zoo, any thoughts on where we may store our bags would be very helpful.

You say you booked 10 dinners, was everyone a 5 star mariner? You only get the benefits for yourself and your cabin mates. So if all 10 folks were not in your cabin you only the discount on 2 dinners.
