Hi
I will be going on a cruise on Carnival Panorama on October. and I'm interested in going on an excursion "swimming with the dolphins" in Puerto Vallarta. I have Cerebral palsy, use a power wheelchair. I'd like to book it with Carnival. I'm wondering if Carnival is going to try to get accessible transportation or do I need to find my own transportation?. Yes, my 2nd question is the location of the excursion wheelchair accessible and are they okay with disabled to swim with the dolphins. I won't be going alone. I will be going with my nephew, his fiancee, my niece, and a family friend. I'm planning to contact Carnival as well. I know there are independent tours.

The ships with Blueiguana Cantina do they serve Chips/ tortilla chips with salsa or with other fixing. If not should they have them for maybe for afternoon or late night snacks?
I know as my last cruise in 2019 they had taco shells for taco salad.

They applied my future cruise credit to my new booking for Oct 2022 after 2nd attempt. How about the OBC..... Is it supposed to show it on my booking for my $600 OBC

What odds would Vegas give that cruise ships will sail from US ports in June?

I think its apples and oranges. The poster said biden is expected to loosen travel restrictions..as in right now no travel non essential is advised, not flying, none.
You are talking cruises specifically.
Oh boy I cant wait, biden might say vaccinated can travel after may, how exciting. (Like no one is right now). Dont hold your breath.
Yes I'm talking about cruises. There is no way that June cruises will be happening unless the CDC changes the conditional cruise phases in a couple of weeks or so.. The ships are still operating with limited crew..

Additionally read there could be an order from Biden coming to loosen travel starting in May.
no THE CDC's conditional cruises are THERE through Nov 1st........... too late for June cruises!!

Wow! didn't expect such suspicion for asking a genuine question!?
Thanks for your help, I think I'll just wait and speak to Carnival..
Why not reschedule your canceled flights?

Did the airlines cancel your flights? I don't see why they would cancel flights that far in advance. As far as your cruise booking, any penalty may be moot because Carnival could cancel your cruise if this shutdown hasn't ended by August. Many people don't believe cruises will resume until Fall or even 2022.
why not reschedule their flights? and it is new poster..

Any thoughts on what Anytime Dining will look like when cruising starts again? Perhaps cruisers will have to make a reservation prior to dining daily to avoid the congestion when Anytime Dining opens up every evening.
like other restaurants!!!!!!!!!!

The CDC could also just do away with the test cruises if people are vaccinated and Covid numbers go way down.
very unlikely!!!!!!!

Best of luck, but be prepared to be the recipient of some OBC from Carnival.
exactly expect cancellations next week or week after for June cruises! most people are forgetting that there need to be mock/ test cruises 60 days prior actual cruises restart, and right now the ships still have skeleton crew.. and another about 30 days prior mock testing

People need to accept reality of no Alaska cruises this summer!!!!!! Princess just cancelled June cruises..

Well, I would say it is more of a "wish list" by Carnival, since the CDC has not issued the "technical instructions" regarding the service contract the lines need to make with the ports, and the local health, transportation, and accommodation industries to take possible patients or quarantine patients. Then, once those agreements are in place, the "technical instructions" for the actual "simulated cruises" would need to be issued, and then the simulated cruises need to happen, and then the results of these simulated cruises would need to be reviewed by CDC, and then a Conditional Sailing Certificate issued. Do I think this will happen by the beginning of June (90 days from now)? Not really.
yepp bu now most of the crew would have been contacted by now...
Will Carnival let you borrow/take a kids life jacket off for an excursion?
