  1. I've just booked a cruise using my access key and on the website it said November cruises had a $300 bar tab included. Mine isn't appearing on my add ons and wondered if that was because I booked using a access key. I'd totally understand if that perk wasn't included but just wanted to check

  3. I now have 2 cruises booked, one in October and one in November. I can only see the first one on my phone so my question is, how can I see the 2nd one on the app?
  4. I cancelled an excursion the other day only minutes after booking it as my girlfriends and I couldn't all get on the same time.. I rebooked for the earlier slot and expected a refund back to my credit card. I see this morning they have refund it as a FCC! The T & C's clearly states I should receive a refund on the same method of payment. My cruise is on the 2nd October. Has anyone else experienced this. I dread to think I have to try and call them as it took 2 weeks before to get through 😔
  5. @matt1You'll find VV don't do packages. We have had to book our own flights as they couldn't do that. The only package, as such is if you book the cruise via Virgin holidays
  6. My friends and I all have different arrival times with mine being the earliest at 1.30. Can we check in and then get a taxi into Barcelona or do we need to stay at the port?
  7. I managed to get through the phone after 2 weeks of trying and then I sat waiting nearly an hour. It was not long after they opened, if that's any help?
  8. I finally got through on the phone after 2 weeks of trying. The customer services person aplogised and said there had been lots of glitches on the app and website that they have tried to sort out!

  10. Hi, I've been trying to get in touch with VV for 2 weeks as I need to pay my $300 bar tab. There is a recurring error on both the Web page and app. I've spent hours on the phone just waiting to get through, tried their vivi portal and tried emailing them but no response. Any ideas what to do?
  11. I wondered if you can use sailor loot to buy excursions on board. I know you can't on NCL.
  12. Can anyone tell me if the access key only valid on 2022 cruises? If that's the case I won't be able to benefit from ut as already have rebooked on the Valiant in October.
