  1. Thanks for letting me know. I wanted to make sure you got the same answer as me. He does reply back promptly which is a good thing. That is a good savings, not sure why it's so much cheaper when you reserve, but that is a good savings.
  2. Hi I was looking at that as well and it's seems to be a lot cheaper to pre book. Last year we went in July and I did notice that you could pre book but there was nothing available to pre book. I did email them to verify that this was the same parking facility at the port. I actually sent them a screen shot of the reservation form and they said it was the same parking facility. Here is the contact information for the parking facility at the cruise port, Jason.Rubino@propark.com or call 646.299.4670. I'm in Canad so that's the reason I emailed instead of calling them. If you do contact them please let me know what they say to you. Thanks
  3. Have the MDR menus changed again. When we cruised on Prima in January they had gone to one menu for the whole week everyday it was the same. I thought I heard that they have changed that again and have gone back to a different menu each night. Can anyone let me know how it is now. We will be on Norwegian Joy at the end of July so just wondering.
  4. We've never seen water like that on any cruise ship we've been on.
  5. I know what you mean. I also did my booking went in to edit the picture and same thing happened to me. Royal Caribbean is much better, I also have edit things on their site and never had to pick a different check in time. Overall, so far I prefer the Royal Caribbean app.
  6. Does anyone know if you can get a Mimosa in the restaurant at breakfast? Also would like to know if it is included in the FAS drink package? Also my favorite is a chocolate martini are they available on the Prima?
  7. I'm surprised that Royal Caribbean eats that charge because they charged us 1 cent for a beer that my husband had because it was over the $15 max that is included in the drink package. That being said their drink package is much better then Norwegian.
  8. Wow that is weird, on Royal Caribbean we left from New York but didn't pay any taxes on our drinks while we were docked there. Good to know about Florida.
  9. Thanks we are driving and parking there ourselves so I just wanted to make sure. When we did our check-in it has the address for terminal 19, but on the Port Canaveral cruise schedule it shows terminal 5. Thanks for the information, Rita
  10. What I'm trying to say is with the drink package we already paid the taxes and gratuities so that doesn't make sense.
  11. I don't understand about the tax on the drinks, is this even with the drink package?? I also wanted to ask did you leave from Port Canaveral, if you did what terminal did you leave from 5 or 10? I'm a bit confused as to which one we leave from, we are going on Jan. 15 Enjoy your cruise, hope engine gets repaired soon.
  12. Yeah I've never seen it on any of the cruises we've been on, but was wondering if this was something new to Prima. The only time I ever seen something similar was on our very first cruise many years ago on Royal Caribbean they would put on a late night buffet up on the pool deck. Lots of food including seafood but that also doesn't happen anymore.
  13. If you watch this video, around frame 13:25 ;you will see what I'm talking about I have seen a few people showing this seafood buffet. It does look yummy. On one if the videos the person actually said it was on their 4th night on the ship.
  14. Do you know if they do a seafood buffet on any of the nights. I have seen pictures of that {apparently on the fourth night) but not sure if its on every cruise or just certain ones. Thanks
