I'm in that exact outfit now. Embarrassing design but still warm enough.

Don't want to jump on the Celebrity hating bandwagon but it has noticeably gone downhill. We were on Beyond a year or so ago and things are very different. Buffet food is really cold and bland now. The breakfast sausages which I usually love are not any better than value brand bought from a cheap supermarket. Eden for lunch is a poor reflection of what it used to be. The tuna pita I had yesterday was half of a very small pita. Petite Chef wasn't great. Why does tough as hell shot rib get put on a plate with fillet beef? Eden for dinner was outstanding, so make sure you book for that. We have 3 more specialty dining bookings to come.

Rough for the first 3 days. Captain turned left for a bit and now it's all smooth, nice weather too.

If anyone is interested I'm currently working on the Retreat sun deck and thought the speed test would be helpful to someone planning the same. Currently bang in the middle of the Atlantic, I think. 4.79 and 2.88. Teams worked well in the cabin earlier with some latency and arounbd 10% dropped packets. All seems to be fine for an office in the sunshine.

Just Premium, I don't think basic will allow any kind of Teams connection.

Also on the Silhouette the wifi signal around the ship was naff beyond belief. I found the only way to get a regular signal was at the actual tech bar. Can't remember the name. One side effect was that I was an honorary member of the tech support team while working there as the queue filtered past the desk I was working at.

I have worked onboard both round the med and a transatlantic. I think Infinity is an older ship and may not yet have Starlink, I was on the Silhouette without Starlink during transatlantic and while in the Med section Teams calls were okay. On the Beyond things were better, coding was fine and Teams calls okay. This was with Starlink in place. What I would say though is the latency is pretty bad. Two way conversations on both ships were difficult due to lag. In a lecture where it's more broadcast it should be better.
