Now that I've seen it, I'm thinking it's not as bad as I was thinking. In my head I was picturing a shared balcony between multiple staterooms.
I'm in agreement with this, and would go further to pay extra for other upgrades to the experience like early boarding, premium seating in restaurants and poolside, etc...call it a VIP package or....
I'm sorry to learn this right now, but it's good to know the service isn't affected by the deterioration of the aging ship. We're on the Eclipse for the June 18 Alaska cruise - in a sunset sky suite.
We returned from a cruise on 8/15/22 where my daughter used a birth certificate (maiden name) and a drivers license (married name). She booked the cruise with her married name. She didn't encounter any problems. My sister used the same identification on a December '21 cruise without any problems.
