We’re going on the Sun in May, the itinerary includes 4 stops in different countries, Italy, Spain, Greece, and Turkey. Do we have to go thru customs at each port of a different Country?
I have been dealing with the princess call center for over a month about a refund on my Ezair booking which I cancelled. They have been jerking my chain with different dates when I would receive the refund, over $12,000. Is their a corporate number I can call where I can get results?
I live in Florida, when cruising I rarely have to fly due to the proximity of the ports. We booked a European cruse and thinking of using EZ air. Any advice thoughts and experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated.
Our cruise is just under one year away (5/3/25). We received an email from Princess that we can book dining as long as our cruise is paid in full. As of today it won’t allow me to book, when can I expect access to book dining?
I was on the Beyond sailing in an Aqua Class Suite. I find the service on the pool deck average and the suite lounge a waste of time. One problem is the fact there isn’t any seats at the bar with a bartender which takes away from the experience immensely. Having sailed on the Norwegian Escape Haven and now Celebrities Retreat I would choose the Haven with no hesitation.
No issues at all great cabin none of the creeping you have been hearing about. One nice thing about the forward cabin you can watch the Captain guide the ship into port.
I cannot agree more with your post. Luminae was in one word terrible, it was a struggle to find anything to fit my Palate. We found Blu more appealing or the buffet. Also very hard to find deck chairs in the retreat your paying a fortune for benefits as simple as a deck chair and yet I had to do a search and destroy mission to find one especially on sea days.
Don’t believe what you hear. We just took a walk around the pool deck on a beautiful day and didn’t see one empty chair. Lots of towels on chairs without humans. Be prepared to get out early and stake your piece of real estate. While I hate chair hogs sometimes you have to play the game!!!!
I’m on the same sailing as you I would agree about the menus. Besides that minor complaint I have to give the cruise so far an A+. Our cabin is all the way forward on deck ten just short of the bridge. Already I've had a few interactions with Capt. Kate via sign language from our balcony to the bridge.
