We are going to Norway for a 7 day cruise in May on RCI. I have sailed primarily with Royal with an occasional Princess. I did sail MSC in the middle east. Sadly it was an older ship and I didn't like it, but know the newer ships offer some great amenities. So I'm more looking for personal experiences, I don't care the line. Just would prefer not to do Norway again, but seem something new.. I am doing my homework in checking, but again like to hear what the people think.

We are going to Norway in May with RCI. My husband really would like to do Iceland either later this year or next. We have NO CLUE about which line to take, when to go, how long a trip. Preferable 7-9 days with perhaps one or two before and after. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We just booked on RCL for 8/10/24. Have no clue about Norway but husband thought he'd like to go so I didn't give him any time to change his mind and booked it. lol Thanks for the tip and so many who've said this is a great excursion.

I hope this is ok to ask. Some on our cruise are looking at additional people to join them in October on this day tour of Taormina, Castelmola. It sound very nice for a full day. Many reviews on Trip Advisor (if I'm looking at the right company).. Any input from those that have used this company would be much appreciated.

Cruising the Med/Greece the end of Oct into Nov. Will be on the Enchantment. Thinking the weather may not permit using the outdoor pools, but will the Solarium pool be available at this time. Thanks much

Our cruise visits Santorini, Mykonos and Kusadasi (ending in Athens) the first week of November. I know the beaches and supporting areas will be all but closed for the season. We have a tour scheduled for Kusadasi, but any recommendations for Santorini/Mykonos are welcome.

oh my goodness. I don't suppose your vancouver cruise is 9/17??

oh dear... Well after being told by a RCI rep there was an RCI shuttle from Seattle airport to the Vancouver port..... I then made flight and hotel arrangements. Called back to RCI to give them the flight info (as they'd requested).....only to be told NO RCI SHUTTLE. I had to rebook the flights/hotels to (and in) Vancouver. My cousins are coming now and they are flying into Seattle, staying overnight and then renting a car to drive to the port. You might look at a car rental.

The cruise deal was too good to pass up......even knowing there will likely be no beach time. What have you done there when it will be cooler and perhaps overcast or even rainy?

Do you recall what the cost to rent a car for just the one day was? Also what was the cost for the Kroschel doing it on your own? I'm sure pricing has gone up, but his page is difficult to navigate.

Thanks for this information. Is the town enjoyable to walk and spend time just seeing it? We've done Alaska before with all the bells and whistles.. Looking for a scaled down vacation this trip and don't need the big ticket items. Any suggestions?

I don't even know if there is one. We are 3 adults in a small cabin and previous cruises (larger ships)..... the dtr hopped over to the spa for shower and dressing since we were sort of cramped. But can't seem to find out. Reservation agents tell me......yes there is a spa but you have to pay for services. HELP?? Thanks much.

Will be needing a scooter or wc for travel. Person is not wheelchair bound but will need some mobility assistance at times. Can you make arrangements through the cruiselines for this or must you bring your own. Do not have a trip reserved yet, but planning on them so wanting to be prepared. Thanks much.

I wonder how many people don't realize there are nuances when it comes to travel between countries.

When their agents give incorrect information .. they need to take responsibility. And so far, seems they are doing that.
