  1. On the app, click on the picture of a person on the top right of the app. Scroll down and it gives you the check in date. When the date arrives, use the app and you can click on the check in button.
  2. I just got the email too. First I couldn’t find the Adventure sailing on the website. I was hoping it was still going to be an 8 day sailing like the Voyager was. Email only said it leaves on the same date as original with similar itineraries. I was able to find it by picking ship and then looking for sailings. It is an 8 day cruise still. Didn’t have a lot of balcony rooms to choose from, so maybe they transferred the old voyager rooms to the Adventure already.
  3. I thought it was odd too, but I explained to the host what the extra card would be used for. He laughed and gave me one. The 3 cruises we went on this year, I just asked for an extra card and was given one.
  4. I learned this trick from a cruise you tuber. Go to the casino host and ask for a copy of your room card. Then you use your room card and husband uses the extra. I did this last year on Symphony. I felt silly and told him a you tube video told me to do this and is it a “thing”? He said yes and gave me an extra card. That way your points get put on the same account and accumulates faster. I’ve never gotten close to the 2500 points for a free cruise, but for some reason the casino keeps sending me emails for a free cruise. We’ve used 2 free cruises this year and another one coming in December. Wish I lived close to a cruise port and didn’t have to fly from Illinois!
  5. The first 3 sailings on Symphony 2021, Freedom 2021 and Mariner 2021were masked with vaccinated areas. You didn’t have to wear a mask in casino and could smoke. Casino was packed. Feb 22 on Freedom sailing masks everywhere and no smoking in casino. It was dead. Also it was a B2B. April 2022 on Independence B2B you didn’t have to wear masks at all. Casino was back to smoking. Packed!
  6. I’ve been on 5 cruises with RC since the restart. Casinos were packed except for our cruise in February on Freedom. In Mid Jan - mid Feb, masks were required in all indoor spaces because of Omicron. Casino was also no smoking. It was dead in there. Considering that sailing was about 70% capacity, compared to the other 4 cruises that were 25%-50%. Never have seen a casino so empty on a cruise.
  7. Wow, that’s impressive! The power of an email. Thanks for following through.
  8. As of this morning, the OOPS message is gone and sailing can now be viewed.
  9. I called RC today to reprice another cruise. I had him look up my April 12, 2024 sailing on Voyager. He said it is still going, but the website still has the oops message. Still makes me nervous as I had 4 balcony cabins on Mariner for March 2023. It disappeared off the website a month after booking it. I called RC about it and was told it was still going. The next week it disappeared off my cruise planner. I called again and was told it was cancelled 3 weeks before as it was going into dry dock. They said they sent out emails with choice of offers. Nobody in our 4 reservations got an email. What made it worse was I booked 3 of the rooms with Next Cruise Certificates I bought in February when we were on board. Since none of us got the email, we lost out on reduced deposits and on board credit since they said they have already started issuing a refund for the Next Cruise certificates.
  10. As of this morning, I am still getting the oops message. Also it looks like some of the other voyager sailings have the same message and some do not.
  11. We booked April 12th Voyager on board in April. Last couple weeks when I try to check prices, I get that same message. It is strange that the 8 day voyager is so much less than the 6 day voyager with the same itinerary.
