July morning

We have only booked the guaranteed cabin a couple of times and the one in the Caribbean that's all that was left as it was an unexpected cruise at short notice

We had our cabin (pre c) allocated at check in. That was a Caribbean cruise.

Similar thing happened with our passports couldn't be bothered with the stress got new ones all done online within a week 😁 by the way I'm on this cruise as well and couldn't check-in shall try tomorrow I think it could be that we're all trying to check-in on the first day 😂

Yes I remember that with my mother it was in Blackpool Tower ballroom she loved to watch it and see the frocks ( used that term because of auto correct 😂😁

My husband and I never want to be the one sitting on the banquette we both want the chair😂 luckily only at lunch

Slightly chilly here today but dry. Not walking our dog today giving her a rest. She was at the vet again yesterday she had three injections! And now has had an increase in the water tablets and an extra heart tablet to take, back again on Thursday. I asked my husband how much it cost then quickly said I don't want to know😂😂 .....She's worth it😊

Glad you told us that we're going for ours on Friday so hopefully if we have any side effects my husband will be ok for his golf on Monday he's part of a team, he's away for a few days and has been looking forward to it! So have I😂😂

Very hot and sunny here as well. I sat outside for about an hour and have come in to cool down before going to collect our grandson from school. like others have said I'm not complaining it is nice to have the choice sunshine or shade😎

Sugar train gets our vote as well, we've been on it a few times 😁

We are getting the C and flu on 16th Sept. My husband 's already had the shingles vaccine before don't know if I'll be offered it or when as I don't have three arms 😂

On Fred in April /May when we were on board it was a choice of four house red we found one we especially liked, four house white don't know if they were any good as we don't drink white three Rosa which we definitely don't drink😂 a prosecco that I quite liked house spirits, pump soft drinks a cocktails of the day that did change daily and alcoholic drinks not on the package were half price. We had a fun cruise 😆 😂

Not a great choice for a formal evening 🙄 we're on Ventura in five weeks

My Husband and I used to really enjoy the syndicate quiz on P&O ships some successful others not 😆

We got emails from NHS today with appointments for winter vaccines in the middle of September!

I agree with what everyone has said great reading about your cruise shall miss not having them to read. Lovely photos brought back many memories of previous cruises for us. After your positive attitude I'm now looking forward to Ventura in October Thank you again for taking the time to post 👏👏

I'm enjoying reading your posts as I shall be on Ventura in October with my daughter and grandson so a different type of cruise for me but looking forward to it. My husband and I have done most of your trips on this cruise before the big C interrupted our travels I remember those white crabs and the lovely sink hole/beach.

Glad you had a good time. We had friends on this cruise and they were disappointed to miss the Isle of Man (due to the weather) as they used to live there and were going to meet friends while in port
