We are a few days out and the stateroom still has not been assigned so cannot download documents. I am new to MSC. Is this normal?

We will be doing our 1st MSC cruise but have sailed on the other big 3. I am confused about the drink package gratuities. They don't seem to have been included so should we plan on an additional add for each drink? Appreciate the info!

My husband and I each booked a room and rather than cancel, we thought about inviting friends. Can we switch who is in which room at check in or just get extra keys? We both have great deals that are better than our friends offers. Just a thought but understand it may not work.

I have been on the Liberty before and didn't have either issues but this time it was really prevalent. I think the sewage smell was an issue rather than a norm. Just wondered if anyone else had been on around the same time and maybe knew anything more. I love the Liberty and the staff overall.

We just came from a 3 day last weekend. I love the Liberty. Been on it before but this time I was either overwhelmed by the smell of weed and a possible sewage issue mid ship to the front. The service was great as usual. Go see Mr. Chow at the Versailles adult pool! Even though we were at capacity, the lines weren't terrible. Our party of 17 waited less than 15 minutes for a table in the MDR. I highly recommend the Liberty for anyone looking for a fun relaxing getaway.

We just got off the 3 day this past weekend and found there were 2 prevalent smells...a horrid sewage smell and weed in most hallways that permeated the balcony and my room.

I am familiar with the Cheers package but a few questions came up from friends I am going with that I couldn't answer. First, if you are booked with the DOU offer on the room, do those drinks count toward the 15? Second, if you purchase drinks separately, do they count toward the 15? And lastly, does the DOU offer apply to both people in that cabin booked under that offer? Thanks in advance!

What are the food/drink prices like? Looking to go during our September trip.
