  1. Thanks for your postings ChucktownSteve, very informative and much appreciated 👍 Regards
  2. This is a fairly bespoke itinerary, is it meeting expectations? The itinerary was the major decision in us booking and exclusive to the Navigator. Regards
  3. No word from ChucktownSteve since Saturday, hope all is good 🤔
  4. Destinations that would we would be happy for Azamara to add to their itineraries include: Alaska - Timings didn’t line up the season they visited West Coast USA Australia, NSW, Queensland to include Brisbane would be great. Their current routing appears to have switched to be more South/West focused. Regards
  5. Riocca, having experienced the Atlas bar first hand, do you think it would be suited to double up as an additional daytime coffee lounge? Regards
  6. What has surprised me reading this thread is that the ships vibration now appears to be “throughout” the ship (ChucktownSteve, DISNEY GIRL). Thanks to CC, I asked a few questions, read reviews and checked the cabin info. I concluded the issue was confined to the aft and so booked a midship stateroom expecting to avoid the vibration issue, perhaps not 🤔. Unfortunately, it appears that being “laid up” has not been kind to the “Navigator” ☹️ We’re really looking forward to our cruise and optimistic that Regent won’t run the risk of tarnishing their brand by having a real “duffer” in their fleet. Regards
  7. Like the most: - Warm, unpretentious, respectful and friendly on board experience - Visible, approachable, friendly and engaging crew (from top to bottom) - Port intensive itineraries often with overnight stays in the heart of the action - Excursions apart, most things included in the upfront fare but options to personalise if deemed necessary - Wide choice of cabin grades (including inside & outside) that allows for “small ship” sailings at reasonable starting price points Like the least: - Being a smaller ship with only 1 main show per evening we often miss it as taking dinner and chatting too much 🥴 - Packing to go home All the best in your research! Regards
  8. My DW still keeps harping on about this! 🤣
  9. Thanks ChucktownSteve for your posting and initial impression’s. As big Azamara fans and future first time Regent cruisers, (same itinerary/ship next May) your experience holds much interest. It often takes us a few days to “settle into” a cruise and hope your sailing just gets better and better. Regards
  10. “The attitude of some of our fellow passengers. There was A LOT of complaining going on. I had more than one crew member tell me that a passenger had made her cry. Apparently passengerswere also being horrible to each other sometimes” That’s very sad to hear. I find watching the evening news a very grounding experience these days. Thank you “lisiamc” for taking time to share your experiences. Regards
  11. Thank you Riocca for these updates, appreciated. I’m puzzled as to why the onboard Senior Management team haven’t been able to address this long ongoing issue. Surely they have some clout in what should now be a more nimble “guest focused” organisation? In the grand scope of things the purchasing of tonic is insignificant. Plenty of time has elapsed to allow a change to any current purchasing contracts. Have they really been listening? In the meantime, send the F&B Manager ashore armed with some money in the same way as the Chef does to buy the fresh fish and other produce. Regards
