Are Club Balcony Suite considered a "suite" by NCL?

I was in the same situation and about 2 years ago, I got lucky! I called the line where you take to the first available and made the changes I needed was super helpful, then I made the off comment "wish you were my PCC", he said "I can change it now if you like", he did and has always gotten had great communication (email within 24-48 hours and phone message call back within the day). So anyone receive a Insurance Cruise Certificate credit on their account? My wife and I each received on, different amounts, but did not put in any type of claim. Just curious if anyone else had received one out of the blue and got a explanation of why? Not complaining about free money! 🙂
