    We are going on the NCL Star in October 2024. We are getting our air through NCL. Can we ask for an upgrade with NCL travel (expecting to pay more) or do we have to wait for the air reservations first and then try to get an upgrade through the air provider ? (Example... business class or bulkhead seats). Thanks much
