FKL dock is usually occupied by Princess ships, and is not usually used by other cruise lines, particularly when there's only 3 ships in port, which is the case today. There is no reason for the Koningsdam to be berthed there, so warning those who follow the sail in that, although that is the dock listed, it will probably be wrong, so that is my sigh of frustration. It's a pain in my a**! L.

That's not my experience....my DH and I have travelled the past 3 cruises with my DF, and we have never had a problem getting an upgrade while he did not. However, my DF gets an accessible room, and we do not, so perhaps that's why. He has also done the past two cruises solo, so that may also be it. I guess everyone has different circumstances. L.

Yes, you are correct. My "cheat sheet" shows her, but Cruisemapper does not. It's been a long time since there hasn't been a HAL ship in Juneau during the week!!
