  1. Thanks jelayne I also thought I remembered seeing a phone number on the Cruise Planner for upgrades. For the life of me, I don't see it now. They have a contact page (see below), but I don't see anything for upgrades, etc. It would really be nice if Celebrity would put upgrade links for the WiFi and Drink Packages on the Cruise Planner Page. Instead, if you select the higher package, it does not take into consideration it's an upgrade and wants to charge you the full price.
  2. I would like to upgrade my WiFi before we board. I was searching for the Captain's Club Number, but I'm finding lots of different numbers. What would be the best number to call with the shortest wait time? I'm Elite and am hoping I can combine the CC Discount with the pre-cruise discounts being offered. Thanks!
  3. @Jim-lain did Celebrity accept the OnPoint Results as a Supervised Test for boarding requirements? I'm scheduled for a Transatlantic at the end of October and would want to make sure they'd accept the test results. Thanks!
  4. Would you be interested in selling them and mailing them to Idaho? I have a Transatlantic scheduled for the end of October that still requires a Supervised Test. I was planning on going to a Pharmacy in Rome for the test, but maybe this would be easier.
  5. Thanks @CruiserBruce First time to Europe, so I'm just a little nervous. Thanks for putting my mind at ease.
  6. Thanks @Tbird58 for the information. Did you have any communication issues with the Pharmacy Staff or did one of them speak English?
  7. HI, I'll be going on a Transatlantic Sailing leaving from Rome at the end of October. The Cruise Line requires a Supervised Antigen COVID Test be done 48 hours before boarding. I'll be in Rome for 5 days prior to the cruise. Can I get the test completed at a local Pharmacy and will the results be printed in both English and Italian? Since l only speak English, will that be an issue at the Pharmacy? Thank You for any first-hand information you can provide.
  8. It looks like they've made some changes since our last cruise in February 2022. We booked a Transatlantic for October 2022 though our Travel Agent. We only received a $100 OBC due to it being a Transatlantic and had to pay the full deposit $450 pp, due to it being a Group Booking.
  9. Has anyone ever opted in on the Celebrity - Go Green Program? I'd like to know what was actually eliminated from the regular Room Stewart service. Thanks!
