    Any acrobats or aerialists?

I was on the same cruise, no acrobats or aerialists. I'm 64 and my wife is 66, we both thought the shows were ok to good, but not great. Our last cruise was on the Eclipse to Hawaii in 2019 and we both thought the entertainment on that cruise was much better. The changes to entertainment may have been related to COVID, the ship or itinerary. Just my two cents.

  2. That's a good question. I've sailed Concierge and believe the only laundry benefits I received were due to my Captain's Club Status. They do list it under Concierge Services with an *, but don't footnote what the * represents.

    Services

    • Personalized Concierge service
    • Enhanced room service breakfast menu
    • Exclusive Destination Seminar
    • Laundry service*
    • Complimentary shoeshine service

Thanks for the confirmation, nothing worth any more of my money.

I'll share the one of the benefits that I found to be of value. We were in Concierge Class and had Select Dinning. On multiple occasions we went for dinner and there was a long line. People in front of us were given pagers and ask to come back later. When we got to the hostess. We were immediately welcomed by our names and escorted to a table. This was on a full ship, so in today's environment with ships sailing less than full, it may not be as of much value.

This is such great news, being vaccinated and booster shots I am thrilled to see this news prior to our cruise February 25th. I retired today after 30 years of policing and I am so ready to celebrate.  I was willing to do whatever they asked but having this little bit of good news, makes it so much sweeter.  Now as long as the virus continues to spiral down, we should have no issues. This is the best retirement present I could ask for.

    Thank you for your service!

Is this for all May cruises and why would they postpone final payments if they need cash?

I think they're concerned with cancelations now due to Omicron and are hoping if they delay the final payment to March the COVID numbers might be looking a lot better.

  8. I think it comes down to disposable income. For the cost of a Suite on one cruise you could go on 2 - 3 cruises in a veranda. Quality vs Quantity.

I had two fiends go on sperate vacations to Hawaii at the same time. The one with money, stayed at the Four Seasons and the one with less money stayed at the Best Western. When they returned the one who stayed at the Four Seasons was complaining about everything. The one who stayed at the Best Western said she had the time of her life. I guess it all comes down to expectations and your attitude.

  9. Wow, what a mess.

I checked mine as well. Celebrity Site has the right flight numbers, but the times are way off. I was in IT for 40+ years and I would guess, it's a programming issue with trying to determine the offset from GMT for each time zone. I'm in the Pacific Time zone which has an 8 hour difference from GMT. The times listed on the Celebrity Site are all off by exactly 8 hours They really need to step up their quality control.

Hello!  I may be missing something, but I didn't see San Juan listed.  Are they closed?

I'm scheduled for the Millennium in February. I received notification that San Juan had been replaced with St Thomas. I assumed San Juan was closed and that St Thomas was open. I guess St Thomas is open as long as you take a Celebrity Excursion. As Bob Dylan would sing "The Times They Are A-Changin".

The app is definitely not intuitive.

If you are on your current cruise -  Click middle top Icon that looks like a Calendar -

At the very bottom Click - Change Ship Dates

At the Very Bottom of all your reservations click GET MORE DETAILS ON SHIPS WE SUPPORT

    Choose Ship

Then select Current Cruise - Possibly the next one but not always populated until a day or two before  sailing

On that screen  -  Daily Planner

Top change Filter to Show all or Activities - Beyond the podium is usually around 10:15

Wow, now that was easy 😀. Jim, thanks for your detail response, I was able to access the daily planner for the current cruise!

You can use the Celebrity App to view current speakers by going to activities and unfilter from recommended to all activities for the ship and current sailing.

I'm new to the Celebrity App. It's showing my cruise booked for February 2022 and shows no activities. Is there a way to select the current sailing where the activities would be loaded?

  14. Does anyone know what's going on with the Millennium. Based on all of the schedules I can find, it appears it goes Missing in Action between 1/17/2022 and 1/31/2022. The last cruise on 1/10/2022 is a charter cruise by Vacaya, after that there's no scheduled cruises for two weeks.

    022 Jan 06 4 days, round-trip Western Caribbean Cruise  Fort Lauderdale $346
2022 Jan 10 7 days, round-trip Vacaya Caribbean Cruise  Fort Lauderdale
    2022 Jan 31 3 days, round-trip Bahamas Getaway Cruise  Fort Lauderdale $327
2022 Feb 03 4 days, round-trip Key West Bahamas Cruise  Fort Lauderdale $460
    2022 Feb 07 10 days, round-trip Eastern Caribbean Cruise  Fort Lauderdale $1041
